I was told Penang's Beh Teh Saw or Hiong Piah is the best. After I tried this Him Heang's Beh Teh Saw, I totally agreed with the statement. Individually packaged, it was very convenient for me to just grab a packet and head to work. The outer layer of Beh Teh Saw was lovely, just like the Qing Tang Biscuits, which it shattered upon touch. I was super delighted by the fact. The filling was soft and sweet, just like other hiong piah, but just better in terms of texture.

It was my first time trying this and instantly I fell in love with this biscuit! It was not overly sweet and the texture of filling was soft but a little sticky.

 
The outer layer was lovely; it just shattered into pieces the moment I had my bites. It was super crispy and light. Overall, a very enjoyable light snack. Eat it while it is fresh!
