I like the soft sesame bun, crispy chicken patty, tangy mayo and the cheese. One can tell that KFC uses real chicken meat for their patty by observing the texture of the chicken meat patty. The outer layer was fried to golden crispy and the inner part is so soft and tender. The chicken is quite nice too. Personally, I only like the outer layer of the chicken, because it is quite a huge piece, the marinates are not adsorbed into the inner part of the chicken. Again, it is fried till crispy golden and surprisingly, it is not oily at all. For the rice, just a little chicken stock flavor. But it is too plain, and I dont like to eat it it this way. I usually will tear some chunk of chicken to go with the rice.
