Pak Fu dessert time Smile Feb 20, 2014

Just a brief of the texture of different ice, all of them are very smoothly shaved, and they simply melt in your mouth. There are some topping to go with it too, such as pearl ball, cut fruit, and QQ balls.

Mango Snow Ice- Strong mango flavor ice. But for me, it is just a normal mango ice dessert

Hokien mee time Smile Feb 20, 2014

Categories : Chinese | Kopitiam | Noodles

When it was served, the fragrant soy sauce is very strong. shockedThere are quite a lot of ingredient, such as cabbage, meat, and most importantly the pork oil fries or ZHU YOU ZHA. The taste for me is quite normal. The noodle is well cooked, madthe texture is little chewy and soft. The cabbage is totally cooked, soft and without the crunch. I like the crunchy port oil fries, as it is crunchy and add in some texture and flavor to the noodle. The taste is quite plain actually, just the soy sauce, and I will put in some little black vinegar to go with it, and some sambal, as they are served on the table.:chopstic:chopstic:chopstic

Nasi Lemak Kukus Smile Feb 08, 2014

Categories : Malay | Stall / Warung | Nasi Lemak

There is a small kiosk by the bridge along the way from The Curve to Sunway Giza Mall. It is really unnoticeable because of the traffic. They sell Nasi Lemak Kukus or Steam Nasi Lemak with all sort of side dishes. I was there because I observed a huge crowd especially in the evening. Since then, I fall in love with the Nasi Lemak Kukus.

Nasi Lemak Kukus- comparing with the normal nasi lemak, the rice of steam nasi lemak is much moist and much more fragrant. In term of texture, it is much chewy. The taste is less oily. Simple ingredient, a few slice of cucumber and egg, and a few spoon of the sambal, pack using a piece of paper. I like the sambal, it is a very fragrant sambal, not just spicy from the chili, but also some spices like onion, garlic, and some herbs.

There are quite a few dishes to go with it, thought it is a malay dishes, it is just fine with me. I normally will have Tempe Goreng or fried fermented soy bean or just simple chili fried kang kung.

Another visit to Starbucks, this time in another branch in Dataran Sunway. I had a Green Tea Frappuccino Blended Creme.:chopsticchopstickk:

Green Tea Frappuccino Blended Creme- I tried it once, and somehow I like the very decent creamy green tea flavor. The green tea is mixed with ice, and creme, blended smoothly. The taste is quite special, by mean the green tea flavor simply swim around your mouth and the icy feeling is so refreshing. The fresh green tea taste is differ from what I normally had, which has the little char flavor, this is totally a fresh taste of green tea. Apart from that, Im not favor the extra creme they put on top, the taste is weird, as it is oily and tasteless.
