This very humble small wanton noodle always pulls in lots of crowd especially during weekend. You can see people just queuing up outside under the hot sun just to eat the noodle. I like their wanton here. The wanton has lots of meat to eat and also the noodle is very springy. One noodle always not enough for me. I like to order one and half to fulfil my satisfaction on this wanton noodle.

Sometimes the more simple the dish looked like, the more compleks the cooking method is. For example like this vegetable. It looks very simple by just throw in all vegetables and fry them. But to fry till each of them also taste sweet then you need to put some efford into the sauce there. I like the lotus and black fungus the most. They are crunchy.

Talking about fish expert, no one can forgets about this restaurant here. They serve many types of fish and chips here. But then of all the fish, I like the seafood platter the most. One of the main reason is that there are more than just a fish on the plate. You have prawns, rice, fish, fries and most importantly you have the cheese on top of everything. The cheese make it feel more tasty.

I like to eat the koay teow soup here. The koay teow soup here the soup is really simply very delicious. The soup is very clear and non oily at all. Then I like their chicken slices on the koay teow. You can tear them into smaller pieces to eat it. Besides that, the koay teow is very smooth to eat. The aroma of the koay teow flow in the nose is so nice to eat. I like to put some chilli to eat together.

To have a good pork noodle, all you need is actually just a very simple nice pork. As long as your pork are fresh and they are good to eat will do. Of course the soup also stand a very important character here. You won't want people to drink a plain tasteless soup and then they won't return anymore. Luckily I cant encounter this in this shop. I quite like to eat here during raining time because hot soup and cold weather is good.
