There are times when I prefer papaya salad to mango salad. Raw Papaya seem to have a more sour flavour than raw mango. But the texture of the strips were somewhat similar, very crunchy. I like the sauce that they mix the raw papaya strips with, it was on the sweetish side. They used pretty large size chilli not those chilli padi so it was not too spicy. I really savoured the ikan bilis. It made the dish taste really good!

I know it is a little weird to go to gyoza village and order their popcorn chicken. But my daughter and I wanted to try out something different. It turned out that their popcorn chicken was really good. The chicken was cut into pretty small cubes. The outside was coated in some sort of batter and deep fried. Despite being deep fried, it still return very tender and juicy. I really found this pretty delicious.

I was craving for a refreshing snack so I headed to 51 soya bean to try out their almond soya bean curd. I really enjoyed this dessert. The soya bean curd was cold and refreshing. It was so smooth and it practically melts in your mouth. The almond taste is pretty distinct, it is not too overpowering, you can still taste tie freshness of the soya beans. I think this is one of my favorite flavour!

On a hot and sunny day, we have to keep adding fluids into our body and why not have some milky and refreshing milk tea from cool blog. The milk tea from cool blog is really good. I think because they added a significant amount of milk to the drink, it was really smooth. The tea was very fragrant and aromatic as well. Most importantly the drink is really cheap and affordable!

It was a hot and lazy weekend afternoon, my daughter and I were lazy to go out for lunch so we decided to order 外卖 food delivery. I really like the idea of 外卖 cos it is so convenient, we did not have to leave the house when we are lazy. As my daughter and I are not really big eaters, we decided to share a portion of the luncheon meat fried rice. It was indeed a good decision. The portion was really large and it was more than enough for the two of us. They were really generous with the luncheon meat, every mouth you take there will be at least a piece. The rice was well seasoned and the texture was great. It was very satisfying!
