Hong Kee Smile Jul 11, 2012

As a chinese, I really love dimsum. Pork Dimsum always has a creamy flavour that is uncontestable. lol

At Kong Kee Restaurant, you'll be spoilt for choice as they have a dozen varieties of dimsum to appease your palate.

The siew mai here is delicious. Apart from its tender meat, there is crab stick on the top. Its a healthier alternative than fish eggs, that is higher in cholesterol. Their pastry is just nice, not too soft that it falls off, and melts in the mouth and sends a warm feeling into your tummy lol

Sushi King @ Tesco Puchong Smile Jun 25, 2012

Sushi King is a small place that is always full with people. Its kaitan belt sushi is its specialty.

I think I love their unagi rice the most. Their unagi is well marinated, no bones. Its called eel in english. Coupled with the brown sauce, its delicious on every bite, and the healthy japanese rice just conplements it.

The mayo-fried-chicken pieces with rice is also not too bad. You know anything that comes with mayonnaise always gives it the extra kick lol

Chinese Dinner @ Wei Foong Smile Jun 24, 2012

Wei Foong is a famous Chinese Style Dining Place for Ampang people. The tables are always full...

Their tea comes in glasses not in cups, and as you can see,is quite dilute after 1 time refill. Bland...

The vege here is good, portion is ok. The taste here is nice, no burnt vege, not too saltish. The chicken dishes come in a lot of flavours. Their sweet and sour chicken here is recommended, nice to chew on, not too much bones.

Mr Teppanyaki OK Jun 24, 2012

Mr Teppanyaki to me is an affordable place for decent asian dishes. Not really japanese (if it were trying to be).

Tom yam chicken soup and plain white rice. Rice portion is adequate, tom yam soup is nice, not too spicy. Chicken pieces fair.

Some pot-cooked meat and vege with rice. Normal, nothing special, just like the taste at home. Vegetables amount was ok.

Wa tan hor style fried rice. Portion not a lot , but fairly tasty. The shop is nearly bare at times, so customer service is still ok.

Sakae Sushi @ Berjaya  Cry Jun 24, 2012

I like Sakae for many reasons. One of them is the fact that I order through an Ipad. How cool is that?

The fried salmon, recently offered for lunch deal set. The waitress did not give specific instructions, we're supposed to order from the waitresses but we did not know and ended up ordering from the Ipad, and got charged the expensive rate. The salmon was nicely done, tender, flavourful with the sauce although somewhat dry without it.

The teriyaki rice. I have to say that the portion is very small, it barely took up half a bowl sad Taste wise ok, but I prefer not so much onions in it. The chicken pieces lack gravy to go with it.
