Probably because of the trip from Thailand, I am in love with Thai food. So I was hunting for Thai food since I came back from there. My sister was getting annoy and for god’s sake, she bought me to this restaurant.

I do not know how she managed to find this restaurant, as to be honest, the road is too dark, if you do not pay enough attention, it is hard to find. This is my first time entered Ulu Langat and I have no idea there is such a beautiful restaurant inside. There is a lake in the middle, where the staff was sending the foods (some) using speed boat. I should say, the environment is out of my expectation (However, too many crowded, slightly make the perfect, imperfect).

Of cause there was no objection to try the significant tomyam soup. The soup has a slight kick from spicy and sour taste and was very tasty. But the portion is a little bit small, enough for 1 – 3 people.

This vegetable (pucuk paku) presented in this way, was surprisingly crispy and refreshing.

I, myself love this fish so much! The combination of the special source and fresh fried fish make the taste so perfect. The sour and spicy source will leave you craving for more with every single bite. /it might be too spicy for people who don’t take chili/

* look so grand

* look so grand

What make me so happy was, there is a corner in the restaurant, selling some goods from Thailand, and I spot my favorite potato chips! I believe that the social media has made this potato chip so famous. I am still thinking to beg my sister to bring me back one box during her trip to Thailand in June, now I don’t have to!If you are just like me craving for Thai food, give this restaurant a go if you haven’t been there before! The taste won’t let you down. Tee-Hee heart

Passing by Belakong few months ago, heard my boyfriend mentioned that there is one special café around this area has transformers. He successfully arouses my eager to visit this café. So, here comes with a chance, to celebrate my niece birthday, I make a suggestion to this café, since there is a transformers, I bet children will love it.

Well hidden among the industry area, surprisingly, there was a full house during Saturday. Luckily we went there early so we still can dine-in without making a reservation. Generally, there are two areas in this café, which is indoor (with air-conditioned) and outdoor. Yet, for indoor and outdoor they still have different areas with difference atmosphere. We chose to sit indoor, where the dining place is designed becomes a bus (my niece and nephew choice, of course).

When enter the café, it can be easily spotted the transformer, specifically, the head of transformer, yes. It is placed inside a transparent box, just behind the head, you can see the body, maybe because it is in the process of fixing the transformer, people do not allow go near to it.My boyfriend is a pizza lover, so when he saw there is pizza available; he will definitely go for it. We ordered two favorites – Seafood and Hawaii Chicken. The pizza is crispy and fresh. But frankly speaking, it taste normal (like Domino Pizza).

While my niece and nephew ordered Mac and Cheese. The portion fits children, and taste good! I just can’t stop myself to fight the food with them.

I would like to strongly recommend this Tropical Fruits Tea. Sweet, fresh with fruits cut into small piece. The super beautiful designed container simply enhanced the tasty.

If you are a coffee lover, I am sure that you would like to visit this café, as they have one menu especially for their coffee and photo to introduce the coffee. And my boyfriend ordered the espresso.

We also tried the mushroom soup which has the sign of chef recommend and it taste good!

Give this café a try. Tee-Hee excited

EAT: Restaurant Jia, Kampar Smile Apr 28, 2016

Categories : Chinese | Restaurant

Other than the famous salted chicken in Kampar, the other famous food is the curry chicken bread. If there is a chance visit to Ipoh with my friends from oversea, for sure I will bring them to try on this. The curry chicken bread never let me down, they love it and miss the taste so much (which make me so proud of the food in Malaysia, haha).

I love to bring my friends or family to this restaurant, not just because of the famous curry chicken bread but also the environment. Growing up from a little traditional family, I just love the feeling when all the people sitting down together in a round table, chatting while having delicious dishes.

Outside the restaurant, you can see a transparent cupboard to display the curry chicken bread. We ordered one which is enough for ten of us. I always wonder how they create this delicious dish. The curry chicken is cut into piece and wrapped by paper while outside is cover perfectly by baked bread. There is another beautiful name for this dish – Golden Pillow.

Besides the Golden Pillow, we also ordered other foods. The other foods were served in good taste as well. The spicy and sour fish, the sweet and sour meat, vegetable and tou fu.

This restaurant also sent orange after we finished all the foods.

May try this restaurant and of course can’t miss the famous curry chicken bread if you play a visit to Kampar! Tee-Hee lol

A lazy Saturday always made people craving for food, the hot weather recently successfully make this desire hit another higher level. (I know too much excuses for me to gain calories on my body, but who care..haha)tongue

So, this happened. I was thinking to find a place chilling, both mentally and physically. Heading to this café which I saw few days ago on Facebook where my friend was strongly recommended.

Never expect that I will experience a full house, which my dream of chilling for my mind gone. But on a second thought, the full house might bring another meaning, which the food is good. So, with full heart of expectation, I ordered the same as my friend did – Japanese Honey Toast and Butterscotch Milk.

We tried out the Honey Toast with Choco favorite, it is a thick and big toast which a bit too much for me and my friend. This beautiful toast is crowned with vanilla ice cream, fresh cream, small chocolate biscuit and slice strawberry.

Another best seller in Haraju Café – Butterscotch Milk which is serves in a cute bottle (which show on the right side in the photo, this is the only photo I have sick) . I was surprised which the mix taste of butterscotch and caramel, call up for all the milk lovers to try this.

However, the toast is too much of sweetness which considers abit heavy for me (I don’t really take sweet food). Catch this dessert if you love sweet dessert and remember to order their home-made milk when you visit to Haraju Cafe! Tee-hee kiss

The heat wave coming all the way to Malaysia from doesn’t know where. The weather seriously killing people and makes me so crazy and doesn’t want to stay in my hostel. So I was hunting for some place can made myself cool. Too much affect from the Descendants of the Sun, I was so happy when know that this beautiful café owned by a Korean (Bias, yes.).love

It is very hard to find a Korean Bingsu in Malaysia and therefore make the Bingsu became the significant dessert in this café. The location of this café is surrounding by a numbers of universities, thus, most of the customer are university students. The environment is chilling where most of the students are doing their assignment here.

Me and my boyfriend decided to order the Injelomi Bingsu, which covered by Soya Bean Powder with Korean Rice Cake (taste like mochi). The regular size can easily share by two people. Besides for Bingsu there are other foods selling here, such as pizza and ice cream toast. But, consider not wasting many foods as only two of us, we decided to try all these foods during next time visit!

A good hang out place! Tee-Hee flower
