The first thing that blows my mind was the price, I thought it would be very pricy, but I was wrong. For a high-end place with such well furbished interior, the item was surprisingly cost less than out expectations! I once celebrated birthday withmy friend here and had a romantic dinner with my boyfriend as well, all went flawless. I was so into the pizza, smoked salmon pizza. With the hand-stretched pizza dough rolled into thin crust baked till crispy with slight tenderness, topped with smoky salmon and a wobbly poach egg, the pizza is a complete bomb of the night!
Thin crust pizzas bring out the fine flavour of smoked salmon.
Besides that, we ordered squid ink risotto, which is the seasonal item of the restaurant, praying hard that the squid ink wont dye our mouth and teeth. The risotto was good, but i'm not really satisfied with the temperature of the food as it was served warm but cooled down too fast, ended up we were eating cold food. Besides that, the risotto could be undercook a little to retain the slight crunch of the grains. I wasn't a good drinker, but my friend ordered a Sangria for me, and yeah for me, it's good. What is more interesting is the gradient colour shades of the drinks that attracts the eyes. The surrounding was peaceful, and the dim lights were calm and soothing, complementing the overall dining experience with a laid-back feeling. All in all, the food and the environment is perfect for a memorable romantic date or a nostalgic gathering. Recommended Dish(es):

Before the shop was being refurbished, the shop looked a little run down and I was quite doubtful about the qualities of the food and beverage they serve. The new look of the shop was so hipster and cozy, the interior has been renovated, making the shop looks pretty lively and youthful! Upon transformation, they even extend their business in selling bottled cold press juices! The branch in SetiaWalk is one of my favorite spot to chill with friends or work on certain assignments. I always feel sleepy, half way doing work because the place is really comfortable. The juices made here tasted very fresh, and the amount was pretty generous, 500ml for 11.90, upgradable to 800ml for 15.00. In fact, even without any food, finishing the whole jar of it would make you really full.

Cold pressed juices gains its reputation these days in line with the healthy food trend, without sugar or with reduced sugar. I always love the moment I walk in from the entrance door, as the natural fruity fragrances were mesmerizing.
Pomegranate, Red apple, Lemon
The fruit juices can be customized whether it's a single fruit or a combination. Anyhow, the shop provides whole list of fruit combination juice, with different health benefits. My favourite is always something really sour, thus, some berries or citrus juice would be the best choice!
Red Apple, Orange, Blackberries, Blueberries and Strawberries
In juice d'fruitz, great dishes are being served as well. The sunshine platter's generous portion made it a great value deal indeed! The sausages were juicy, accompanied by two beautiful sunny side ups, salads, ham, baked beans and toast, all in one for RM 13.90, it's totally my kind of deal! The Dancing Mushroom consists of fragrant sauteed mushroom sanwiched between hot, crispy yet soft croissants was amazing. The size of the croissant was unexpectedly huge, my friend claimed that the portion is lil' too big for her as she couldn't really finish then by herself. 😂 Recommended Dish(es):

It's a sudden cravings for fast food and something guilty, and so we bumped into this outlet in Sunway Pyramid, something new for us to try! The shop has established for quite some time, but its 'expensive' look from the outside, made us chose other things previously. We finally decided to settle down here, after a long ponder about what to eat, and it's time for us to explore new places that we have never been before! The menu items were something like Carls Junior, a higher end of fast food chains but it is not a self-service, so we still called it a restaurant anyways. Unfortunately, it does not comes with a set, which pretty much disappoints me a little. Nonetheless, the food looks really appetizing by reading the descriptions of each item in the menu! My boyfriend ordered a rosemary chicken accompanied by to side dishes. 200g of butterflied chicken breast was marinated with olive oil rosemary and garlic, perfectly seasoned and cooked to excellent succulence. It comes with two side dishes of your choice, either fries, coleslaw, mashed potatoes, pumpkin rice, corn on the cob or mixed veggies. The fragrant and soft pumpkin rice and crispy fries were chosen to go with the chicken, and what's the best thing? The Garlic Aioli sauce was so so so good! We finished the sauce pretty fast and we even ask for more sauce, it just goes well with everything; you might think it's weird, but I kinda like to eat the sauce by its own. The Southwest Chicken Sandwich has the grilled chicken breast was just right, and layered between the soft buns, topped with fried onions and cheddar cheese. I ordered this mainly because of the fried onions that never fail to tempt me. However, the amount of the fried onions could be more generous, as the crunchy sensation was mere. Everything in between the buns matched each other flawlessly, and I liked the overall taste of the sandwich, the cheese and the fried onions were the best combination, seriously, and it does kills my cravings for the day. In overall, I still thought that if there's set menu, it will attract me more! We had great time over here, and the service crews provide prompt service and were friendly. Recommended Dish(es):

My sister booked the whole cafe for my mom's 60th Birthday Dinner, and it went very well! The food was good and this cozy place is perfect for a gathering or celebration for 30-40 pax. I suppose they are one of the pioneers that sells black charcoal noodles as their main item of the restaurant, after myBurgerLab who highlights their black charcoal bun. What is more interesting, is the great varieties of wonton and charcoal noodles they serve! The odd combinations like vinegar, garlic and lychee sounded strange to me, but since it was being recommended by the chef, I trust that it won't be wrong! The vinegar garlic and lychee charcoal noodles are a great surprise! It's more to a sweet sauce with a slight acidic note that tempts your appetite and makes you eat more! It's rather refreshing in a way, and does not taste so heavy. Moreover, a big plus point for the huge portion of food, with a big bowl of noodles accompanied by a separate bowl of 6 wantons that roughly has a size of gyoza.
Great Combination of Sweet and Sour taste!
I like value sets! It's happy to know that they do offer value sets, so I could come back for a delicious and satisfying meal for a reasonable price! Besides the noodles and wanton, there's add ons for the meal, snacks like curry fishballs and air fried chicken wings with additional charges, of course! For the curry fishballs, the flavour of the fishballs could be more intense as it tasted rather bland; on the contrary, the air fried chicken wings were quite good, as the marination of the chicken were being soaked into the flesh sufficiently, with a god crisp of outer skin after being air-fried. I ordered Cranberry Chicken for my wonton fillings but the wontons seemed to be a bit overstuffed, as the fillings bursted out a little and the wonton looks a bit messy as if its leftover. Nevertheless, the deep fried cranberry wonton has really good taste and flavour, but the minced chicken fillings were a little bit dry, so I find it quite hard to chew. I would comment that the portion if the food is really satisfying in my opinion. It was a good place for birthday celebration for up to 30-40 pax, with a cozy environment and decent food. Insides scoop was very popular among my group of friends so I decided to hangout with my friends in the Bangsar branch. The outlook of th shop was very attractive, a cute ice cream parlour that easily distinguish itself from other restaurants. There are plenty ice cream flavours in the shop with the Cempedak, Durian and Valrhona Chocolate being highly recommended by other online reviewer. Instead, we ordered the buttermilk waffles with a single scoop cookie and cream ice cream. The ice cream could be firmer and possibly improve on its melting properties. It melts super fast which I find it a little too messy and I can hardly taste the cream balls properly. Anyhow, the sweetness was just right for me, but the waffles needs more volume and has a denser texture. It was too light and it was more like a biscuit instead of the usual soft bread like texture. Besides that, I personally liked certain flavours like the Throwback by pulp, an oldschool yet nolstagic coffee flavour. It does give a pleasant authentic coffee aroma and taste! Besides that, the Hojicha or roasted tea also gives a distinctive pungent aroma and slight bitter of the tannins of the tea, cutting off the sweetness to a appropriate level, which complete the whole sensory experience in the mouth! The premium ones charged at higher prices of additional RM 2, were said to have used ingredients with superior quality. For example, the Valrhona Chocolate Ice Cream was really really rich, and it does showcased how good Valrhona chocolates are! The shop in Bangsar was quite small and usually full at night, so taking away is a better idea, if you're not taking waffles. The simple and homey style of the interior designs were very "photogenic", where simple yet pretty wall paintings can be act as a backdrop! Besides that, the environment in inside scoop was rather cheerly and welcoming, and this might be one of the plus point where people will still line up for it! Recommended Dish(es):
