Lunch OK Apr 21, 2016

It's my first time here. I have no clue what to order. Hence, I ordered what my friend ordered - The Miso Soup Udon [RM 15.90]. It's quite pricey, considering there wont be any meat in the noodles.

Anyway, the Miso Soup Udon came with braised egg and it was delicious. The yummiest food I had in the entire bowl! It was so yummy until my friend actually ordered another braised egg as add-on. Furthermore, the beancurd was quite nice too.

Besides that, the udon mee was too hard. I have a pretty hard time to chew and digest it. It took me quite long to chew, until the extend that I actually got tired of chewing.

Overall, it was an okay experience dining here.

Wow! Smile Apr 21, 2016

There isn't much restaurat that interest me in Jaya Shopping Centre, thus, I was having a hard time deciding where to have lunch. Suddenly, I saw this bunting promoting Paratha Crispy Popiah's set lunch. So I thought to myself, why not give it a try? Hence, I brought my siblings and parents there to have lunch.

To my surprise, we did not order any popiah. We ordered Crispy Chicken for RM 11.90 for my brother who loves fried chicken. The Crispy Chicken came with sambal as toppings, which made it difficult for my brother to eat as he does't consume spicy food. They should have asked us or at least notify us that there will be sambal on it.

Besides that, we ordered the Black Pepper Chicken for RM 12.90. The portion of the chicken was quite small and the black pepper sauce taste quite alright; it wasn't too spicy.

Furthermore, we also ordered the Signature Chicken Leg for RM14.90. Hands down, this is definitely their signature dish! A must try, I would say.

Anyway, for the ala carte orders, it can be made into set by paying an additional RM 3.90 each. The set comes with unlimited refilll for ice lemon tea and a side of rojak.

Morny Mushroom OK Apr 21, 2016

Categories : Italian | French | Restaurant | Pizza/Pasta

Thursday Morny Mushroom RM 5.

Well, given the name, I was expecting the spaghetti to come with mushrooms only. Surprisingly, it came with slices of ham too. The portion was quite little, I was still hungry after eating it. But then again, RM 5 in a mall can't get you much.

In short, it was a relatively satisfying meal  smile

Ever dreamt of having a huge, enormous and gigiantic teddy bear to hug? And then realised that such teddy bear cost a bomb? Well, now Big Hug got that cover! If you ever want to hug a giant teddy bear, drop by Big Hug. Why? Because they not only have 1 huge teddy, but T-H-R-E-E  love
Doesn't it make you drool?

I ordered the Big Hug Personal Set RM 11, which is not available on the menu. I utilized a voucher on my Perksense app to get this deal. Big Hug burger has always been my favourite burger because of its cripsy fried chicken patty, the pineapple and their secret sauce! If you dont have a PerkSense app, fret not, you can always order an ala-carte Big Hug Jumbo Burger for RM17. Its worth the price, because it's not an ordinary burger, its a Jumbo burger yummy

My boyfriend ordered the Chicken Satay Burger RM 17 instead. The satay sauce on this burger is absolutely delicious; its not very spicy and the best part is - its as nutty as the original satay sauce smile

I strongly recommend this place if you love burgers and giagantic teddy bears balloon

Dry Curry + Wan Tan Mee Smile Apr 20, 2016
Share on TwitterShare on Facebook
Categories : Chinese

Recently, my favourite Wan Tan Mee shop in Sunway has just relocated to the Yummy Yummy Duck Restaurant nearby. After its relocation, the old couple had even more business. Their noodles sold out even quicker than before.

My favourite dish from this old couple is their Dry Curry Chicken Wan Tan Mee (RM 5.50). To my surprise, they were out of Chicken  sad  However, they still have some dry curry left. So, they suggested me to have Dry Curry + Wan Tan Mee, which contains the usual Char Siew and Minced Pork; this modified wan tan mee also cost the same.

Surprisingly, this combination actually taste even better! excited  I would definitely come back and give this order a try again, soon.
