Upon Satisfaction Branch Smile Nov 25, 2015

Categories : Western variety | Restaurant | Steaks / Chops

It was a long queue when we accidentally went on public holiday, but we decided to wait and it was a worthy decision that the food met our expectation and we were super satisfied with our branch.
The RBB Signature Breakfast (RM 19.90) with poached, fried or scrambled eggs on toasts, sauteed mushrooms, grilled tomatoes, beef/chicken sausages, beef bacon, baked beans and hash brown(RM 19.90).This is perfectly taste breakfast which worth for it.
The saving grace came in the form of eggs Benedict (RM15.90). The perfectly poached eggs were such a satisfaction. RBB’s specialty baked eggs (RM 17.90) were pretty good too. Perfectly baked with eggs cracked into a baking dish of lamb bratwurst or chicken, sun-dried tomatoes, potatoes and cheese, also served with crusty bread.
There is also classic French toast (RM13.90) coated with almonds, served with seasonal fruits and maple syrup. It was so soft and fluffy and the almonds coating gives crunchy bites to it.

For all coffee lovers, RBB have nice art and tastable coffee that satisfy your addiction of caffeine.

Fu Gua Thong restaurant are originated from Johor. This restaurant has two outlet in Klang Valley. One is located at Kuchai Maju in Dynasty Sentral and another is located at Bandar Puteri Puchong.

Me myself is not a fans of bitter gourd, however, I do eat few pieces since it is health beneficial. Besides, its my family’s favourite ,thus I had my meal here at Bandar Puteri’s Puchong outlet– bitter gourd dinner.

So of course we had ordered the signature dish of this restaurant that had attract the crowds – Bitter Gourd Soup (L) RM16.00.The soup is boiled with loads of slices of lean pork and pork spare parts (Liver) with eggy soup. It was not bitter but refreshing and cooling.
We also ordered the signature deep fried pork. This comes in crunchy and crispy outer deep fried layer and of course delicious pork aroma.

Besides, we also ordered the curry pork which is amazingly good and best to be serve with rice. The mixture fragnant of curry and pork aroma is irresistible.
Lastly,we had normal fried sweet potato vegetable. It is recommend to try their belacan fried one, which smells real good far from neighbour table. But since we had a child having meal togtther, thus we had to choose the normal fried one.

Great Treats Smile Jan 12, 2016

Categories : Korean | Western variety | Café | Sweets/Snack

Desserts, drinks & music come together at Malaysia's first outpost of South Korean cafe chain Dal.Komm Coffee. We had visited Dal Komm Coffee at IOI City Mall , Putrajaya.
The location is great & "chilling" as the cafe is facing the fountain area where you get to watch the Musical Fountain display show at every hour.
Our main aim that day was to have some chocolate taste and cold treats which we came for their bingsu. They have six choices of bingsu which all looks delicious and refreshing – Coffee Cube, Lemon Dazzling, blueberry deluxe, apple crumble, apple fruit and choco lava. As an obvious choice we had chosen chocolate lava. We wanted to order another one but it is too much for two of us.So the choc lava we ordered has a chocolate lava and serve with scoop of ice cream and whipped cream. As standard , the lava cake was warm and a real good one with smooth texture that melts in your mouth with the ice cream and ice. They have display cakes in the refrigerator. Besides, they have toast and benedicts in the menu.

For beverages they serve coffee,non-coffee,tea and mocktails. Thus, it is great to enjoy here at night in cold breeze and environment, with good food and drinks, good view and good music.

Thomas Corner Smile Dec 11, 2015

Categories : Western variety | Food court | Steaks / Chops

Been here since young. Thomas Western located at OUG, a stall outside Restoran Ong Lay. It is a normal hawker stall which sells delicious and affordable western food. It may look ordinary, but they serve amazing western dishes. Two section on the menu- deep fried or grilled which cost approximately RM 10-16 per dish.

Dishes are serve with french fries or vegetables with very delicious sauce. For chicken chop, you can choose black pepper or mushroom sauce. The dishes are also serve with a unique potato which I only found it at Thomas Corner. It is cut in cube or round potatoes and place in empty half potato which can be eaten together with the skin. Normally when I crave for French Fries, I will ask to change the mix vege to french fries.

Cordon Blue is worth to try. It is dish of meat wrapped around cheese or with cheese filling then breaded and deep fried. Besides, I also had tried Maryland Chicken which is Crispy and crunchy chicken fillet with some brown gravy.
The Maryland also comes in big serving and added with sausage too. Other menu items I would recommend is the mix grill, which combines one piece of fish, chicken and lamb chop together.

Categories : Western variety | Café | Burgers / Sandwiches | Sweets/Snack

That Latte Place is back is now operating in the new Ikon Connaught mall in Taman Connaught, Cheras, That Latte Place might not have the flora and fauna environment they used to have in ampang old branch, but the food and beverages remain the same quality to be love. And since it is walking distance from UCSI, lucky us that we can now enjoy good dishes, snacks and caffeine. This place is small and cozy. The menu here mainly focuses on hearty breakfast items, sandwiches and pastas.
Double poached eggs, signature Hollandaise sauce, chicken ham, sauteed mushrooms, roasted potatoes.

Double poached eggs, signature Hollandaise sauce, chicken ham, sauteed mushrooms, roasted potatoes.

We had the House Egg Ben @ RM18 is made up of 2 poached eggs with chicken ham and mushrooms on toast served with their signature sauce, roasted potatoes and salad. The tasty chicken ham brought a slight salty dimension to the dish and I really liked it. Also, they make one of the best roast potatoes around.
Their Croissant Egg Sandwich @ RM10 which was actually 2 scrambled eggs served with a croissant and a side of roast potatoes and salad. For those of you who like your scrambled eggs less on the runny side (and more cooked), you'll enjoy the version here . The croissant (not made in-house), on the other hand, was soft, with slight crisp edges croissait.
Similar to the previous menu, That Latte Place serves a variety of hot food, such as breakfast favourites House Egg Ben, omelettes, pastas, croissants, and sandwiches.

The Porky Sandwich @ RM15 is a house-made pork patty with melted cheese, sautéed mushrooms, tomato, cucumber, lettuce in between two slices of toasted bread and a side of fries.
The Mushroom Aglio Olio @ RM13 Taste wise, it was light and had bits of mushrooms, garlic, peanuts, basil pesto and fresh herbs with a little heat from the dried chili flakes. It worth on the affordable price on such full plate of pasta .
All-time favourite espresso based coffee are available here. Their ice blended freeze specialty is worth trying too, including mocha, chocolate, peach green tea, and berry-berry yogurt.
