在蒲种，虽然很多人说这里很多东西吃，但是要找到好吃的其实也不简单。
而这里的娘惹糕点却是我喜爱的。
白糖糕/黄糖糕，很多地方能找到。但是要不就是没味道，要不就是出油，要不就是不新鲜。这里的糕点每天新鲜出炉，价钱大概80仙一片。

很多不同的糕点任君选择。

很少有机会来到这区，今天也是因为要收集马拉松衣服才到这里。也差不多午餐时间，就到附近解决午餐。

午餐是在隔壁的餐馆解决，而后到了这里。外面看起来没什么特别，但也不知怎么的就进去了。

看了看蛋糕吓了一跳，我还真么看过如此高的蛋糕。比普通的蛋糕至少高出1-2 Cm吧。看了看，还蛮特别的，那个hokey pokey是吸引到我了，毕竟有段时间疯狂找hokey pokey 的雪糕呢。

这蛋糕卖相很美，很高，都两层楼呢，我在如果某人生日的时候订此蛋糕还能一块分两人吃。端上的时候嗅到浓浓的酵母味道，我还奇怪怎么会这样，味道不就很奇怪？靠近蛋糕嗅了嗅，真的很浓的酵母味。不理，进口再说。口感很多层次。我以为第一个就能吃到Honey, 咦，没有。
上面的巧克力也就是有酵母味的巧克力层，很Rich 的巧克力却不会腻，小小口还蛮清爽，甚至有kahlua/expresso的味道。接下来白色那层口感特别，很熟悉但说不出的texture, 想了想有点像就时候的奶油蛋糕的奶油texture 却不尽然，它不腻，还很清爽，里面的honeycomb不会非常甜，还得仔细品尝才吃出蜜糖味。接下来的巧克力蛋糕，适度刚好，插下去不会立即松开倒塌。

还买了这里的 vegetable bun, 回家没有立刻吃，放进冰箱第二天再烤热来吃。
又再惊艳到！

一包里面有三个bun, 其中一个是 beetroot (红色那个），另外两个我还真吃不出味道，是olive / cinnamon 吗？
反正就是，超正！面包很松软（这是好事吗？），而且beetroot吃下去时真的有 beetroot 的味道，货真价实，偶尔还会咬到蔬菜的颗粒呢！

这里的 breakfast / lunch set rm15 nett, 有 pasta + 饮料，看起来也是很值得的！
店家人非常亲切，一直和我们介绍店里的面包/蛋糕。

会再回来，很喜欢这里呢！

Fast and good service, with fantastic noodle one can ask for.

Working nearby, and it wasn't my first time visiting this restaurant. But being a typical dislike-curry person, i didn't give the curry noodle a try when I first visited here a few months ago. 

Today, I'd like to give the curry noodle a chance. Is it so good that everybody coming here just for the curry pork noodle? Even better than the usual clear soup pork noodle?RM6.50 for a big bowl of curry pork noodle, with fresh minced meat and meatball, curry rich with santan flavour but not too much, taste real good even without the additional sambal. I even finished taking their curry soup after finished the noodle.

And immediately I'm asking my colleague if we can come back here tomorrow to try some other noodles, they seems like quite famous with their fried noodle too.

I used to tell my friends that Malaysia has 4 seasons: Not so hot, hot, very hot and D*mn hot.

So on this Very Hot noon, we decided to go for a sweet chat after having our lunch. Caffe bene has been very famous for its bingsu. I've tried its Green tea bingsu and yes, strong green tea aroma one can expect. We opted for Coffee Bingsu this time.If you are a very nutty person, you'll definitely love this! Very generous amount of almonds, nuts, and walnut in one bingsu! Slightly roasted, these crispy and caramel crystalised nuts just simply drived me nuts! Not too sweet, coffee aromated ice cream will definitely make your day.

To be honest, I'm not a fans of the famous Funny Mountain or Funky Mountain taufufah, for I've been a beancurd lovers since like ever, I never found FM's taufufah was as smooth and nice as the one I used to have every single week during my childhood.

If you're coming to Ipoh, make sure you give this shop a try. Located at Bercham Hawker Food Street, just opposite 7-11, you'll find this small little corner shop with no banner and no name, selling humble yet best ever taufufah (for my own opinion)Cost Rm1.2 per bowl, portion slightly bigger than FM's beancurd, the texture is firm yet smooth and the portion is just nice for me, i wouldn't have the feeling of "what? that's it?"

If you're not a sweet tooth, make sure you ask the uncle to make it less sweet for you.
