One of those quiet cafes located on in Cheras, nearby Leisure Mall, Taman Segar.
Love the Nutella Chocolate mille crepe. One of the better ones in Klang Valley for sure! smile
also had the earl grey latte and a pot of tea to quench our thirst.
The earl grey latte is bittersweet, you get abit of the earl grey fragrance plus abit of the caffeine boost from the coffee.

This place is also perfect for studying purposes.

one of those few places which i like the egg custard pudding in Ipoh. runs out quite fast and they serve it with caramelized sugar. Not too eggy and not too cloying to finish until the end. Love their curry noodles as well! Thick gravy that covers every noodles and i love to choose kuay teow. The eggs and toast were also very pleasant!

Dirty priced at rm 11.
Dirty essentially a double shot of espresso in chilled milk served in a simple jar just like that.
They tend to only use single origin beans for their coffee, not so much into blends like most cafe do.
Located in the bustling city centre, great for those who are looking for a quick respite from the heat.

italian food.  Smile Jun 06, 2016

when it comes to italian, one must not forget about La Risata. It has always been one of my favourite places with good ambience and food. Started off with the Pizza Carbonara that has beef bacon, mushroom, mozzarella & parmesan. Love their thin crusted pizza.

Besides pizza, i always love ordering the capellini to black with seafood which is angel hair pasta with prawn, squid and roasted cherry tomatoes in a squid ink sauce. Really delicious and simple pasta dish.
Didn't quite like the chicken stew with oil and capers that is a Free range chicken braised with olives, capers, onion and tomato served with roasted vegetables.

and lastly, washing down the meal with a glass of Long Island Iced Tea : Gordon's gin, Matusalem Platino white rum, Skyy vodka, Jose Cuervo Gold tequila, triple sec & lemon juice topped with coke!

Service was unexpectedly fast. Decided to detour here after getting tau sa peah from Ghee Hiang. went for the non-spicy version of the char kuay teow and it came within 10 mins after ordering. and super suprised to see chinese sausages in it! Prawns were big, fresh and juicy. Love that it was fragrant and not the typical black CKT you always get in KL.
