mi xian. Smile Jun 22, 2016

had the mixian with fish head noodles in their clear broth, soft pork bone with mi xian in dry and soup. Definitely prefer the one with the pork bone as it was very fragrant with the pork flavours and noodles were really smooth. What really add the oomph in this bowl of noodles was the chili sauce provided! lol

had the choice of mi xian or vermicelli noodles and i went for something abit different and what they're famous for which is the mi xian. Had the Mi Xian to go with the bursting meatballs and the soup was super flavourful especially after adding their chili sauce. This bowl only cost me about RM11 after tax which is reasonably priced for noodles in a mall!

lemon thyme and coffee.  Smile Jun 21, 2016

Love the music here and its definitely one of the reasons for keeping me here for hours. Cozy and comfortable space with amiable baristas lol
The Colombia Los Robles Lucio Delgado was in the hopper for the 6oz white today. Stone fruit plum acidity and a slight milk chocolate in the white which felt like a fruit juice to me today.
Also had the Colombia La Loma Antonio Maria Zuniga for the filter coffee today; peachy florals with lingering black tea aftertaste and lots of body.
And also spotted something different today, the lemon thyme butter cake flecked with tiny thyme leaves perfect to munch on to pair with the coffee.

Had the Palaak Paneer also known as Kadaai which is essentially cottage cheese sauteed with palaak cooked in sauce, Butter Chicken Masala, Paratha (a flat bread), Tosai (a kind of pancake made from a fermented batter) and had the Mango Lassi to wash it all down. Love the chunky bits of cottage cheese in the Palaak Paneer and especially when the Paratha is so cripsy and yummy to go with it!

ordered refreshing drinks like the six treasure drink and avocado smoothie.  really love the former was it has cooling elements like lotus root, snow fungus etc.

really love the food here as they're flavourful and big in portion! so definitely great for a big eater.

had the fried spring rolls and pork vermicelli as my main that night. The spring rolls noodle dish is a perfect balance of crunchy spring rolls with cold vermicelli noodles, fresh herbs, cucumbers, bean sprouts, crushed peanuts and fish sauce dipping sauce.
