Had my eye on the earl grey matcha ice cream on display.
I knew i was gonna have it for sure!
Had a sample on its own and love the subtle hints of earl grey with matcha.
so we got the chocolate brownie and topped it off with the soft serve for RM 16.
really love the chocolate brownie as it was not dry but moist and rich in chocolate flavours!

salted egg yolk  Smile May 17, 2016

one of those places that makes really good salted egg yolk sauce! The Caprice waffle is a charcoal waffle with caramel popcorn , creamy corn , vanilla ice cream, hazelnut crumble, almond flakes and salted egg yolk sauce. Ah, the thought of their salted egg yolk sauce makes me drool now. The waffle could be a bit crispier but nonetheless, the fragrant salted egg yolk sauce paid it off!

Utterly sinful and bound to make you gain some weight but it’s all worth it! Just wash it down with a couple of iced cold latte and all would be good. The iced latte was made with beans from local roaster RGB.

Teow Chew for Sunday dinner.  Smile May 16, 2016

had one of the wholesome Teow chew food in Taman Segar Cheras.

We had the plain porridge to go with the stewed chicken and duck, braised pig intestines, preserved vegetables which was spicy!

Claypot chicken rice took awhile to come but worth it! smile the bottom is the best part to eat!

one of the best places to get my cravings for vietnamese food fixed!
everything here is so flavourful.
Had the Vietnamese spring roll and lemongrass pork to go with the vermicelli.
The spring roll is still so crunchy despite the whole bowl was drizzled with the spicy and sour chili sauce.

Pork was also tender and juicy!

chicken kuay teow Smile May 16, 2016

one of the better place to get malaysia's authentic kopitiam food fixed! my usual is always the kuay teow noodles soup with a side of chicken. Love the flavourful soup wit the aromatic chicken.

In my opinion, they have one of the best nasi lemak. The rice and chicken isn't too oilt compared to the usual ones. The rice is aromatic with hints of santan and curry flavours are just right.

not forgetting the Malaysia's breakfast staples like wholemeal toast with kaya and butter that went so well with their Kopi.
