Wanton mee Smile Aug 12, 2015

Categories : Chinese | Stall / Warung | Noodles

When you travel to Melaka, the must have food that everyone should try is the Chinese famous fried oyster or known as the oyster omelette and the wanton mee. Something that I had actually had during my weekends when I was back in Melaka.
Both the fried oyster and the wanton mee shop are next to each other and the nicest out of all they are situated in Bunga Raya. Bunga Raya, Melaka is also known as a shopping district in Melaka besides the Bandar Hilir area. Here, the traditional culture is still consume in the building.
Unlike the wanton me in the KL district, the wanton noodle is different because it is serve with roasted pork. The wanton noddle colour is basically in black and basically there is no minced pork at the top of the noodle or even the mix of chili paste. This Malacca wanton mee was added with chili sauce at the bottom, quite different compared with KL style. Adding on with the taste of the roasted pork and minced pork at the top of the noddle it is a perfect dish to try.You can also eat the dish with the green pickled chili if you would like more spiciness in it.
(note that the wantan mee shop is beside the Melaka famus omelette oyster)

Categories : Indian | Stall / Warung

Basically I am a fan of roti canai. I go to various place just to try it but at times i cant find a really nice one maybe because of its roti or gravy. But here at sungai besi, I found one. This mamak shop is newly been open.

So why not to give it a try. I decided to order a roti canai garing punya. After a five minutes my dish came and i ate it with their hot kuah which just came out from their kitchen. I am not really into sambal so I can skip that. My first bite of the roti was nice because it has  alittle sweet taste of it and after adding the dhal into it and eat together, It taste real good. Basically the secret recipe is in its dhal. The dhal is unlike other dhal,it is just perfect!

So basically yesterday we took a dinner at nu sentral before heading home. Since we attended the last day of book fair. So we decided to eat at Pasta zanmai at NU sentral.

The interior of the shop is really fascinating plus the workers are indeed friendly. So it was me and my other two friends, We decided to order a jug of ice lemon tea which is RM13. And thhen i decided to order a set of Fried garlic rice with fried chicken and add on with its soup and salad. While my other friend was chicken katsudon together with salad and rice. While my another friend wanted to try the mushroom rice risotto with grilled chicken.

We waited for more or less 15 minutes and our food finally arrive. I am not someone who like vegetables but after a bite of its salad, I am really in love with it. It has a secret sauce added to it whih makes it taste so heavenly nice. It has the sweet taste which i cant explain but to ask people to try and therefore i finish my bowl of salad.

Well my Fried garlic rice with fried chicken was nice. The taste of the crinchy garlic pieces that they fried and add together really make it taste good and the fried chciken taste more like a KFC nugget which is indeed nice. While for my friend chicken katsudon, it taste good too just like mine but it has too much onion in it. While for the mushroom rice risotto with grilled chicken. It does not use a lot of oil plus it is serve in a pan which is quite nice because it will be hot. The taste of the food there is really good. It is a place i woild recommend everyone.

Ayam KIcap Cry Jul 20, 2015

Categories : Western variety | Restaurant | Burgers / Sandwiches | Halal

So yesterday we when to KFC to take away the latest recipe of the Ayam Kicap Meletup which KFC say its very meletup.

We took our turns and ueue up and then we order it and take away.

We came home to eat the ayam kicap and it was really not good.

The ayam don't really have a strong taste of the kicap. Moreover, they gave us the white rice which is so wet like a porridge. Furthermore, that is not a real watermelon juice but indeed been added a lot of watermelon syrup. It is so sweet and it taste quite disguisting. THis is one of the menu i will not recommend anyone to try.

Domino Pizza! Smile Jul 20, 2015

Categories : Western variety | Restaurant | Pizza/Pasta | Halal

Basically me and my other three friends were living in a dorm. On the second day of Raya, the cook wasn't there because they when back home for their festive season. Moreover, we were all hungry that night and we had no car to travel out. So our option was delivery. MCD? Pizza Hut? KFC? Domino?

We were thinking carefully until in the end we choose the Domino Pizza. We decided to but the combo meal which offer one large pizza and two regular pizza which worth about RM58.

After dividing, each of us have to pay about RM14.50.

We decided to order a large chicken pepperoni pizza and two regular BBQ chicken and Aloha Chicken Pizza.

The pepperoni chicken pizza never fails me as it has an indeed thick texture of its tomato sauce.Plus with the add on of the cheese and the pepperoni, its so good.

Next to it, it was Aloha chicken. Basically this two was my favourite. The Aloha chicken is so nice because it has a lot of cheese on it and adding with the ssoft pieces of chicken it iis so good like real good.

Meanwhile, the BBQ wasn't really my favourite because it had a strong tatse of BBQ which iI kind off dislike. But still the pizza was good.
