托我妈妈的朋友到金宝游玩,给我们打包了一份来自游记酒楼的正宗咖喱面包鸡。有说它是由游氏兄弟创造出来的全马第一家面包鸡。

 
未切开前的咖喱面包鸡。

 
切开后的咖喱面包鸡,咖喱辣味还蛮重的,咸咸醇厚浓郁且带酸的重口味咖喱吃起来真不错吃。里面有鸡肉块和马铃薯块,拌着面包吃,好过瘾刺激的一个宵夜。四个人一同享用一个咖喱面包鸡绝对不是问题。

表妹从怡保给我们带回来了一盒香蕉奶油乳酪瑞士卷。这盒瑞士卷大概是我有史以来吃过的瑞士卷中,味道最最最好吃的了。
满满的香蕉香,依附在吃进口的瑞士卷里,而非奶油乳酪上。再搭配咸口味的奶油乳酪和瓜子所赋予的酥脆口感,这瑞士卷味道吃起来实在是太赞了。建议吃前一定要先冷藏在冰箱里一段时间,味道会更棒。

果香迎秋月饼,内馅有莲蓉、干橙皮、莲子和瓜子。
月饼的外皮不是酥脆的那种,握在手里的月饼非常软嫩,有新鲜出炉的感觉。口感佳,连着饼皮吃起来很软很舒服,也不黏口。莲蓉内馅非常扎实饱满,边吃还真的不经意吃到一阵干橙味和一些瓜子。很精致和细致的一颗月饼。

一块大大片的加央角只卖RM1.90,外表像足扁平的巨型咖喱角。顾名思义,加央角里面包的就是加央(Kaya),是怡保特产。托我妈妈到怡保游玩的福。饼皮套得很牢,咬下去时酥皮也不会散得七零八落。金黄色光滑的外衣,里面是一层又一层重叠包附着的饼皮,不同层次却又相互配合得来的绵密口感,加上了适度的脆口,味道吃起来很棒。
相对的肉松莲蓉饼的外皮较薄和酥脆。馅料却是非常的扎实和饱满。一个咸一个甜的组合,肉松加上莲蓉原来也可以那么搭。莲蓉馅料多可吃起来又不会觉得过份甜腻。一粒肉松莲蓉饼只卖RM2.50。
吃起来很饱足,也很满足。真是一对质感和丰富馅料兼具的馅饼。味道超like,在槟城吃不到!
