Cheesy Chicken@Western Star Cry May 16, 2016

Categories : Food court | Juices / Bubble Tea / Tea / Yogurt

The western food at Oasis is quite cheap.

You can opt for rice or french fries with the chicken.

The chicken meat is served in very huge chunks and the texture of the meat somehow feels smooth yet dry. Portion might be too much for small eaters especially.

There are two choices for sauce - black pepper and mushroom.

During dinner hour, the Thai stall in the corner of 118 Restaurant Hurry is always surrounded by customers.

Hence I decided to try the fried rice with fried chicken chop.
The waiting time was about 15 minutes (quite long) as there were many people ordering from the stall.

Much to my disappointment, the fried rice is so-so, just like the normal Chinese fried rice and the fried chicken is really dry and oily.

Grilled Fish OK May 16, 2016
Categories : Malay | Food court | Seafood

Here at Puchong, the seafood is served Malay style.

Although grilled, the fish meat is very succulent and not dry, you can even taste the freshness of the fish.

The sauce doesn't go very well with the fish, I expected it to be more spicy with a bit of sour taste.

Price is inexpensive. The siakap fish is at RM4.90/100g.

The bamboo lala is also known as pepahat in Malay. It is not very fresh and the sauce is not so tasty.

Grilled eel OK May 16, 2016

The grilled eel comes together with rice, steamed egg, soup and a slice of watermelon.

The taste is yummy overall, the eel grilled to perfection flavored with the delicious sweet sauce. However the servings are in a miserly portion. sadsadsadsadsad

Be expected to pay GST and a service charge of 10%.

Durian Pizza OK May 16, 2016

Categories : Multi-Cuisine | Restaurant | Noodles | Vegetarian

V delight basically serves vegetarian food. What's so special about this restaurant is that their presentation is very creative and they make vegetarian food so yummy you can forget about meat for a while.

Great news for durian/pizza lovers, they serve durian pizza here.

You can choose the thickness of your crust for the durian pizza - normal crust or thin crust.
I recommend the normal crust if you are not having another main course and the thin crust if you are just having the pizza alone.

On the top is chunks of fresh durian meat. Though the size is just enough for two.
