So you have heard of The Library where all the awesome books were kept and you probably know about The Library Bar at Straits Quay, Penang. Now how about The Library Coffee Bar ?Unlike the other Library in Penang, The Library Coffee Bar serve food and coffee. Located at Summerton, it is at the same row of building as the Thai Boat Noodle and C'est La Vie. The environment there is dimly lit for a relaxing and comfortable time to enjoy coffee and hanging out with friends. It is rather cold inside as they blast their air condition to a really low temperature even at night, haha, but you can ask the waitress to turn it off if it gets too cold, no problem, hehe ..If you feel that sitting inside is not your thing and want to find a place outside to enjoy the wind blowing at night (if there is any,haha !), you can also choose the seating outside The Library Coffee Bar.To make order, you will have to order at the counter, then pay and they will serve the food to you once ready.The food is just ok, by looking at the menu, there is not much main course choice to choose from. They are actually serving more on coffee, some salad and some waffle.Spicy Tuna Linguine RM 15.00

The pasta is a little bit spicy just as the name stated but when we eat, we feel that the taste of the tuna is really mild, don't feels like we are eating Tuna Pasta, its more like Tomato Pasta or something. Still acceptable.Spaghetti Carbonara RM 15.50

The spaghetti is very very very creamy. The carbonara is so thick that we are like actually full by only eating the carbonara, we can't finish the spaghetti, hahaha .. there is a layer of cheese sprinkle over it making it even more creamy and think .. yet, the taste is still good.Iced Chocolate RM 12.80 (Regular), RM 14.80 (Large)

Ice Chocolate at The Library Coffee Bar is nice ! Not so thick with chocolate, its soft in the mouth and feels good in the tummy, hehe ! yummy (^.^)v

This is going to be a really quick post, Little Oasis at Prangin Mall, Penang. This eating place is not something new, but we thinks that it is worth the share because the food is tasty. Total damage RM 32.25 including 5% Service Charge. Haha .. Expensive or not ? Hmm ... we think that it is worth the price, because the food is tasty .. The Almond Fish is juicy and the taste of the sauce put on it is yummy. The mushroom soup is creamy and the Sweet & Sour Chicken Rice is satisfying.

The moment we enter this little Ah Lai Coffee Shop, we notice this sign of no photography allowed, are they for real ? haha .. anyway, we did snap some photo of the food but not the surrounding of the coffee shop. Some call this as the Ah Lai Cafe Under The Big Tree because it really is placed directly under a big shady tree. It is not an awesome or fancy coffee shop but it is really famous for its Maggie Curry With Cheese. Yah, you heard it right .. Cheese !!Maggie Curry With Cheese

We think that this Maggie Curry actually taste normal, just like any ordinary instant noodles that anyone can cook, but the only thing special about it is there is cheese. The cheese is so mild that it does not change the taste of the Maggie Curry. So it does taste like a normal instant Maggie Curry.Kopi Peng Special

Now this is something .. it taste good ! haha .. Kopi in english means Coffee, Peng means Ice .. so it means Ice Coffee, haha ! There is nothing special about the name, but the taste is .. we just can't figure out what is so special about this Kopi Peng, but it taste nice .. ! what makes it so tasty ? Is it the Coffee ?? the Sugar ?? the Water ?? Arrrr ... !Toast With Egg And Sausage

Hmm, normal .. haha ! it taste just like how it looks to be .. haha !

Well for piglets, we feel that if readers are looking for a simple food for breakfast, this place will do the trick. With noodles, bread and coffee .. its a filling breakfast for us .. !

Jack & Co which was previously located at Jalan Dato Keramat, Penang is now closed. They moved to a new location which is at Icon City, Bukit Mertajam, Penang. It is rather far if you are coming from the previous Jack & Co location at Jalan Dato Keramat.So there is no need for us piglets to re-intro the concept of Jack & Co again here, if readers would like to know about the concept of Jack & Co or is wondering why there is a container in this cafe then you may view our previous post on Jack & Co.

There are definitely some changes to this place. The seating area are more comfortable now, they no longer use pallet as their tables and chairs, its indoor and more cooling now.Teriyaki Salmon RM19.90Grilled Chicken Boneless With BBQ Sauce RM19.90

For the food, it still taste as good as last time. Service improved, the serving time is much faster now.

Soon after the opening of Loaf U Breakfast And Too Much at Lebuh Melayu, Penang, another outlet is open at Bayu Mutiara, Bukit Mertajam. I never really take the effort to go visit this outlet until recently, haha ! The crowd now is not as much as i expected it to be, like the one in Lebuh Melayu previously was really crowded when it first start operation.




Turket Ham RM 7.00
(Turkey Ham + Cheese + Egg + Lettuce)

The Turkey Ham is simple but tasty. The cheese and egg is oozing out from the bread making it so tempting to eat, haha !




Local Noodles + Chicken Patty + Egg RM 6.90

I don't really like the noodles, it is salty and the Chicken is very spicy for me, i can't even finish the chicken.


Mochaccino RM 4.00

The drinks is good, i like it .. though i feel that there is too much ice in the Mochaccino but it is still good.
