By : Chha Blue Reef Fish & Chips, piglets love everything about this place, the environment is nice. There is indoor and outdoor seating, we like both of the seating area. The indoor seating area are well organize and it looks so classy with its well planned design. Since Blue Reef is located by the quay, customer can choose to have the outdoor seating to enjoy the view of the quay, hehe ! While at the indoor area, there is also a mini bar area. Here is the are that we piglets love, which is the place where they display drawing on the wall. Some of the drawing are cute, we think it is draw by kids, hehe .. This is how the menu looks like, nothing fancy. And now for the foooooood ! All are yuuuuummmmmmyyyy !! hehehe ... Fresh Soup with Crouton RM8 (Regular) RM14 (Large) The soup is big, because we order large, haha .. but its worth it .. We were told that this is a carrot soup, but it don't looks like carrot soup and it only taste 10% like a carrot soup 90% like corn soup, but it is tasty .. we clean up the whole bowl .. haha ! We were actually surprise to see this, we thought that the mashed potato would come in a small size of a small tiny bowl, but it turn out to be a big plate of mashed potato, really filling only by eating this. By : Chha Secret Recipe has build its reputation as a good cafe in Malaysia selling tasty food and cakes. Though piglets are not really a big fan of Secret Recipe due to its poor service in most of the outlet in Malaysia but this particular outlet sparks our interest to go have a try. All these while, Secret Recipe do serve vegetarian food but there is only a few limited choice to choose from, if we are not mistaken, its only from 4 to 5 items. Now Secret Recipe open a new outlet dedicating only vegetarian food. Beyond Veggie by Secret Recipe No 1-1-29, Elite Avenue, Jalan Mayang Pasir 3, Penang. Beyond Veggie serve a wide range of vegetarian food, which is tasty most of it. Napoli Bianco Pizza RM22.00 (Regular) RM30.50 (Large) By the look of the pizza, it looks tasty, it tasted good as well .. hehe .. it is exactly like a real meat pizza from those famous chain piazza outlet. Sesame Spaghetti With Beancurd Roll Cutlet RM20.90 This is tasty as well. The taste of the sesame is so yummy and the asparagus is so big ... haha ! The 'fish', the brown thing that looks like a cutlet but taste like a 'fish' has a fine texture to it. Azuki Green Tea Cake (Refreshing green tea swirls with layers of fresh cream with a delightful burst of azuki beans) Since Secret Recipe is being famous for its cake, therefore it is a must for us to try on one of the cake, hehe ... with no surprise, the cake does taste good. Level up to its reputation ! There is also other types of cake to choose from apart from the Azuki Green Tea cake. By : Chha Lets make this a very quick update ! The fastest of all .. haha ! weird .. coz we piglets don't even know if its possible to be done .. haha ! Anyway, this post is for C'est La Vie at Summerton, Bayan Lepas. This is how the sign outside of C'est La Vie looks like. Interior decoration is nice, not a very big place but its comfortable to chill and relax for a meal. There is cake to choose from Mixed Grilled Platter With Spaghetti (A combination of grilled chicken, pork and sausages with spaghetti) Tasty ! Everything is just right in place, it smells good and taste good .. it even looks good, don't it ? Grilled Chicken Chop With Rice This is also another tasty food, the chicken is soft. Soup And Salad Soup and salad is both normal. Peach Tea The peach tea is not bad. Service is good and fast, food serving and preparation is also very fast. The waiter is very alert of customers need, which is a good thing. Food, actually all come in small portion, the size is just enough for our tummy, not really very filling. But if readers are big eater, then it won't be enough. That is probably the reason why it is call as the eggette or the egg waffle. Famous in Hong Kong and Macau, now the HK Triplemilk at Golden Triangle, Relau is bringing eggette in to Penang. HK Triplemilk is serving mainly the eggette with some other side dish like, noodles and coffee. Pineapple Yogurt Egg Puff + Passion Fruit Jelly + Chocolate Hazelnut There are two type of eggette that they are serving. HK Egg Puff - RM 5.90 Egg Puff With Yogurt - RM 12.90 (1 Topping + 1 Sauce) The HK Egg Puff is the original eggette which is serve only the eggette. While the second option is serve with yogurt and 1 topping plus 1 type of sauce. By : Chha There is this hidden gem in Gurney Paragon or should we say, the hidden durian in Gurney Paragon, haha ! Taste Better is selling the One Bite Durian Puff of which we feel that it is really tasty especially for durian lover like us. The Durian Puff is made with daily fresh baked high gluten flour to golden crispy and fill with fresh durian paste which might leak and dripped out when you bite on it. Still not making your taste buds go crazy yet ? Maybe these pictures will, haha ! The taste is freaking awesome ! We stuffed the entire puff into our mouth and it feels like as if the durian paste exploded inside our mouth, haha ! The durian puff come in a pack of 6.
