“Sticky Bones refers to Morganfield’s method of cooking, whereby ribs are slow-cooked and smoked in coal and hickory wood until tender, then basted with a gluey sweet and sour tomato based mopping sauce .
Morganfield’s, the place for mouth watering pork ribs in Malaysia is moving in a rapid pace to satiate the palates of ribs lovers
Started in the year of 2012, Morganfield’s is now having five outlets in Malaysia, namely Pavillion KL, Gurney Paragon Penang, Queensbay Mall Penang, eCurve Mutiara Damansara, Publika Solaris Dutamas. Not only that, the restaurant has also expanded another outlet in Star Vista, Singapore .
There will be another two or three more outlets launched in Malaysia and Singapore this year to serve the appetite of ribs lovers from across these two nations. Apart from expanding the market, he said that Morganfield’s will strive to continuously improve and satisfy patrons with more good food and quality dining experience .

The Morganfield’s outlet in Publika have a very cozy and comfortable feel into it. You will always feel welcomed by the environment and also the friendly staffs. It reflects perfectly the American dining feel and I always felt your interior should represent well the dishes you are serving .

The interior is warm with a rustic bare brick walls and signboards displaying happy hour prices and some posters , The bar has draught beers, wines, liquor, and cocktails – enough to quench most thirsty patrons. AND they have Happy Hours prices if you go early in the evenings!
Morganfield’s Publika is a good choice as there’s ample parking in Publika and the restaurant has a large seating capacity. I do highly recommend though that you book ahead to make your reservation..
Morganfield's Second Visit on 17/04/2015We do a early birthday celebration for carmen , actually her birthday falls on end of april , we decide to give her a early suprise because one of the gang is going for a long vacation at china and can't celebrate on the actual day .
At first , we choose Ben's for the dinner , in the end we found out that ben's place was not really worth to had a dinner and the foods not really much special ... after look on the ben's menu , we dicide to change place and curi curi get away from there , imagine like someone that didn't pay the bill and run away . this was their 1st time exprience walk away from the restaurant without notice from the waiters .
After walk away from there , we decide to go back Morganfield's for the dinner .
This time we didn't order the sharing platter afraid of can't finish it .
