CINCIN served fine dining restaurant with great ambience & wide selection of great wine . The Shop was located in Taman bukit Hijau at Taman Connaught and opened more than one year and It was a Great place to Hangout that Served yummylicious Foods , Limited Wines and awesome deal of Cold Beer . It also the only Place that get to drink a fine wine in Cheras . The much more different than others serving western cuisine in Town that Wine pairing with Foods .

Tonight Cincin held an event of fine dining and selected wine pairing that prepared by Chef Roy , I had this opportunity to taste the Five dishes in the new book and match the new experience of Five wines , In addition of delicious food and wine, Chef Roy also friendly with all the guest in the event . This is a new book from Chef Roy with a brand new experience. During the event, Chef Roy walk around and share his new book all about session, meet everyone face-to-face, eat and chat.

 

 


Dinner was served five course from Appetizer till end Dessert and pour with five different white & Red wine. let me introduce the foods and wine below, one by one.


 

Round One : { Appetizer } Steamed Egg with Peach Gum, Homemade Sundried Tomato & Pan Fried Scallop with Barley Sauce Pair with The Beaulieu Vineyard California Chardonnay shows classic varietal charm, delivering the perfect combination of pear, apple and ripe tropical fruit flavors woven together with toasty oak spices. Hints of citrus and a round mouth feel finish out the palate, evolving in layers of pineapple, red apple and vanilla.


 

 

Round Two : { Noodle } Fragrant Curry Laksa pair with Beringer Main & Vine White Zinfandel, the focus is to highlight the fresh red berry, citrus and melon aromas and flavors, and round them out with subtle hints of nutmeg and clove. The wine has a youth exuberance that is enjoyable as a sipper on its own, or with a variety of dishes.

 


 

Round Three : { Pork } Wuxi Spare Ribs & Deep Fried Beancurd with Herbs pair with Beaulieu Vineyard California Merlot offers an accessible combination of fruit and spices perfect for everyday enjoyment. Lovely red fruit aromas, complemented by pepery oak notes,greet the nose. The palate is lively and bright, brimming with ripe plum and juicy black cherry flavours. Hints of coffee and toasty oak spices join chewy tannins through the long, Satisfying finish.

 


 

 


Round Four : { Lamb } Baked Lamb Rack with Fermented Beancurd Sauce pair with Carnivor Cabernet Sauvignon , it is big and bold that opens with a deep. dsrk inky color and aromas of dark cherry and toasted oak. On the palate, this Cabernet offers rich flavors of blackberry, coffee and Mocha. A youch of petite Sirah enhanced the dark color and overall structure of the wine, while Merlot softened the mouthfeel, creating a distinctive smoothness and a lingering, silky finish.

 


 

Round Five : { Dessert } Pan Fried Sponge Cake With Yogurt pair with Beringer Main & Vine Moscato , This carefully crafted wine offers immediately pleasing peach scented and honeysuckle aromas with fresh, sweet avors of juicy stone fruit, honeydew melon, Fuji apple and ripe pear. It is beautifully balanced with crisp acidty and a clean finish.

Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia – On the 9th of April 2018, Chakri Palace held a milestone celebration of its 19th Anniversary. As one of the pioneers in the Thai restaurant sector, the brand has gone from strength to strength with the new refurbishment of its Chakri Palace outlet in Pavilion KL. Hence, the brand now has two landmark locations, the first established with the launch of Suria KLCC in 1999. The newly refurbished Chakri Palace has stayed true to Thai culture with intricate Thai motives on each wall, purple and gold trimmings for a royal touch as well as two upgraded beautiful VIP rooms that can cater for up to 30 guests. Guests were entertained with Traditional Thai dance from the service crew and also given goodie bags with exclusive Chakri secret sauces. With the launch of the newly refurbished outlet, guests were introduced to a list of 13 signature dishes created with Royal Celebrity Chef McDang who is from the Chakri Dynasty. These dishes are unique to the brand, have been given the endorsement by the Royal Celebrity Chef and can only be enjoyed at Chakri Palace.

 


As part of the celebration, Chakri Palace also showcased a buffet spread of Thai cuisines and local favourite dishes specially for “Tantalizing Taste of Thailand” Ramadhan buffet promotion to be held at Imperial Chakri Palace KLCC and Chakri Palace Pavilion KL from 18th May 2018 onwards. The dedicated team of Thai Chefs prepared a scrumptious spread of more than 50 modern and authentic Thai and local favorites dishes spread by the with selection of local ulam-ulam and Kerabu, such as Thai Mango Salad, Thai Papaya salad, famous thai appetizer with seven ingredients “Mieng Kam”, Samosa, Crispy Thai Spring Rolls, Thai Crispy Fried Noodles and many more. For the main course, guests may indulge in Thai cuisine selections such as lamb in Thai green curry, prawn with butter sauce topped with salted egg, stir fried squid with salted egg, Tomyam seafood, beef with black pepper sauce and fish with sweet & spicy sauce. To honour this special time of year, a variety of Malaysian favourites were introduced, including Rendang Daging Tok ,Masak Lemak Gulai Daging, Ayam Kapitan and Nasi Briyani.


Featured in live action stalls were the special Chicken and Beef Satay, Ikan Bakar and Tom Yam Noodles that will definitely leave you craving for more. Finally, indulge in famous Thai desserts such as Red Ruby Waterchestnut, Thai mango sticky rice and also local favorites such as kuih-muih melayu, bubur jagung, pulut pisang and many other delicacies. The spread and variety was enough to satisfy anyone with a sweet tooth.

 

The Imperial Chakri Palace KLCC & Chakri Palace Pavilion “Tantalizing Taste of Thailand” buffet dinner will be available daily from 18th May 2018. The buffet items are rotated from three different menus specially prepared for the month of Ramadhan and is open from 7.00 p.m. onwards. The newly opened Italian restaurant "Sunny Queen" that Trending lately at Taiwan has landed in Sunway Pyramid , A great place to hangout with an awesome environment brings a Wonderland Theme restaurant . Sunny Queen is an italian retaurants from Taiwan and now is the first outlet opened in Malaysia at last Month December 2017 .

 

 

The unique interior design with a 6m iconic birdcage , fascinating wall graphics , feeling yourself in a fantasy world and definitely a place for photo whore that really needed in Instagram or facebook . full of magical atmosphere Painted tables and chairs that gave a lot of imagination , the decoration brings fairy tale alive .

 

The entrance was specially designed with a huge birdcage , Inside the Birdcage stack with box filled full of fruits and veges . The animal chair was so cute . Dishes are mainly based on Italian cuisine , pasta , pizza , Risotto rice and classic main course for addition .

 

Squid Ink Cuttlefish Spaghetti , You might be familiar with calamari, deep fried rings of squid served with a side sauce or a lemon wedge but squid ink is likely less familiar , even though it comes from the same source .

 

Clams Pesto Spaghetti , peppery and herbal version of spaghetti with clam , It is impressive both in taste and in presentation .

 

Mentaiko Shrimp Spaghetti , An easy and delicious pasta (Japanese fusion), Mentaiko Shrimp pasta is made with preserved spicy pollock/cod roe , cream and spaghetti noodles .

 

Beef With Tomato Risotto , The traditional rice dish needs a long cooking time and constant stirring to get its signature creamy texture .

 

Dancing Queen Chicken , a foolproof way to make delicious smoky chicken with crispy skin , The inside is tender and juicy, no matter what colour the meat .
