A brand new Japanese Cuisine Restaurant Opened their first outlet in Old Klang road area at Avantas Residences shop lots , The place was easy to be spotted and access from along old Klang Road main road .

 

 
Kimi - Ya been operated for past two month and totally new name In F&B industrial but with More than ten years professional chef experience , Kimi - Ya provide fine dinning experience with afforded Price tag .

 

 
The Decoration of wooden fulfill almost the whole atmosphere and also all the wooden tables and chairs in every section . The cozy Environment makes me so comfortable while dining .

When I stepped in the restaurant , I was been greeted politely by the staff with a cute smile smile on her face and well served to our seats . The Sashimi that been serve here was air-flown fish and decorated on top of the bowl of ice to maintain the freshness .

I like that it has a bit of everything (fish , vegetables , tofu and Mushroom ) to make it a complete and deliciously balanced meal . I found that the fish head and bones gave the broth an extra umami richness and sweetness .

Tenzaru Inaniwa Udon

The process of making Inaniwa Udon takes about four days as it is all done manually. After kneading the dough by hand, it is wrapped around two rods, flattened, then stretched and finally air dried. The handmade process results in Inaniwa Udon noodles that are thinner compared to conventional udon noodles and have a smooth texture served cold with tempura and Dipped in special cold soup .

The style of cooking was the basis of the most popular dishes at royal feasts and dinner parties . Traditional recipe has withstood through centuries of refining techniques to provide the best-tasting , most culturally appealing delicacy from the Ling Dynasty .

 
The amazing aroma comes from a unique cooking technique by simmering . Using over ten nutritious vegetables juices and sauces from many ingredients , The food is not fried , nor deep fried and the simmering process doesn’t get affected by air , so all the vitamins and proteins are kept intact for your healthy and delicious enjoyment .

By Celebrating Chinese New Year on 2017 , Simmer Huang Offering Yusheng or yee sang in Chinese called 鱼生 , also known as lo hei in Cantonese called 撈起 or 捞起 . It a must to have as Prosperity Toss during the Chinese new year Festival . Chinese New Year is incomplete without having a satisfying reunion meal with your dearest family and friends .

Ingredients in seafood hotpot included squid , oysters , Cod fillet and prawns .

Waiter arranged half the vegetables into the pot along with all the meat on top , then they proceeded to paint every piece of food with sauce to ensure even coverage and the lid goes on for 15-20 minutes while everything cooks . After that the waiters came back to the table and double checked for the doneness of the meat by opening up the lid and close it back on .

Pork and Fungus Pot

Ingredients in Pork & Fungus pot included Pork Belly , Black Fungus and Oyster Mushroom .

Same as the Seafood Pot , Waiter put the vegetables half of the pot along with the pork belly , Black Fungus and Oyster Mushroom on top , then they proceeded to paint every piece of food with sauce to ensure even coverage and the lid goes on for 20 minutes while everything cooks . After that the waiters came back to the table and double checked for the doneness of the meat by opening up the lid .

Sanoook is inspired by combination of Thai and Japanese cuisine . By using the secret and authentic Thai recipes twist with creative culture of Japanese food , Sanoook was the first Restaurant that combine these two delectable cuisines together . 'Sanook' means 'fun' in Thai and They added another 'O' to represent a circle of friendship . Sanoook means having fun together with friends and family .

 

 
The first outlet was opened middle of last year in 2016 at Sunway Pyramid and last Quarter of 2016 in 16th December the second outlet was opened in Pavilion Kuala Lumpur . Before Sanoook , the sister company of the foodchain is well known Chakri and Rainforest Bistro & Cafe that established earlier in 1999 at the heart of the City KLCC . The shop located at Level one of the new building called Pavilion Elite , Just walking through from Pavilion . The place was totally new and the environment was clean & cozy all well , The staff here was helpful and friendly that smiles always on their face . What Sanoook trying to do here is the food presentation is totally different than others out there even the combination of foods . I made the visit in the afternoon and the crowd comes when lunch time till I left at two .

Mieng Kam

Miang kham or mieng kham is a traditional snack from Thailand and Laos . The name "miang kham" translates to "one bite wrap" , from miang (food wrapped in leaves) and kham (a bite) . Miang kham mostly consists of raw fresh Piper sarmentosum leaves that following main ingredients chopped or cut into small pieces : Shallots , Fresh red bird's eye chili , Ginger , Garlic , Lime including the skin , peanuts , Small dried shrimps and Sauce .
