Today , I been proudly invited by D'italiane to try out their all new launch fathers day menu , I will tell about the foods later but now what I gonna start about the environment and Service of D'italiane that located in Paradigm Mall . The shop located at Ground floor outdoor courtyard of the mall .
The whole seated place are nicely arranged with choices of sofa , high chairs , cushion stools and others to provide more options for dinners . There are indoor and outdoor dining , the ambiance with dimmed lighting and wooden furniture makes me comfy and relaxing . D'italiane served fine dining Italian cuisine from Pizza to Pasta and Grills and the staff here was really friendly to serve us , D'italiane also have three outlet in Klang Valley at the moment that recently located at Paradigm Mall , Jaya 33 and Sunway Giza .

With the Paired from two variations of Perrier-Jouët , Signature @ The Roof collaborated with renowned champagne brand Perrier-Jouёt has launch with their all new menu , inviting fellow gourmands to an intimate champagne dinner in the sky . By making the night more happening , Signature and Perrier-Jouët hosted an intimate champagne pairing dinner for us to preview how the floral and fruity flavours of the cuvees brings out the best for the restaurant’s latest menu . For the evening , the usually trendy and premium gastro-lounge , was transformed into a botanical wonderland reflecting the natural inspirations of the champagne maker .
The introductory champagne - The Perrier-Jouët Grand Brut
has a pale and sparkling yellow robe, which is suggestive of vivacity and carries notes of cherry plum, lemon and bergamot orange which emerge first on the palette, then make way for the flowerful flavours of fruit trees, such as lime and honeysuckle. These are followed by notes of butter, madeleine cakes and vanilla sugar. Lingering notes of grapefruit, white peaches, green pears, apple trees and green hazelnuts round off the taste.
Whereas the dessert champagne - The Perrier-Jouët Blason Rosé
, features a wonderfully juicy blend of blackcurrant buds, pear, apricots and cherry plum that emerge first, only to give way to the fragrances of blackcurrant and blood oranges, followed by notes of crème de cassis, raspberry, honeysuckle and roses, culminating in lime, blackberries, and Morello cherries.

The main course includes flying tandoori chicken pasta , lamb rack , chicken rice ball and barramundi . Finally , for the sweet dessert selection , included chocolate brownies , red velvet , and lychee cheese tart . The incredible freshness of Perrier-Jouët Grand Brut will pair perfectly with fish and seafood dishes while its marvelous florality will enhance the perfumes of the main courses. The sweet delicacies served for dessert will find an alter-ego in the intense fruitiness of Blason Rosé .

Home Made Fish Head Noodle offering a variety of dishes such as rice , Mee hoon , Udon and snack size savoury dishes with Few different soup base for their fish head noodles . At here the fish type they serve is Garoupa and Dory fish .
There will be few more option to choose if about to fancy , Either from Fish head to Fried Fish Fillet , Fish paste or even Freshwater Prawn . The eight hour of boiled soup during the night and kept into the simmer until the next morning . What makes them to serve fresh fish everyday was reveal that I get know is , they get the fish supplies daily to make sure the freshness of it . Made in traditional way , The soup included preserved Chinese vegetables , Milk , sliced Ginger , tomato and spring onion . Won't less of Chinese rice wine is added .
