Hwa Ga 火家 was Established on December 2016 (If not mistaken) in Malaysia , Hwa Ga 火家 also serves a huge variety of Korean signature delicacies ranging from their famous Nurungji Cheese Buldak to Nurungji Modeum . Till today Up to date Hwa Ga 火家 have Five outlet that located in Klang Valley : Ara Damansara , Sunway Mentari , Sunway Mentari , Mont Kiara Solaris and Damansara Perdana . And today I have dine at the latest new opened outlet in Sunway Mentari .

Nurungji Modeum (Assorted Grilled Chicken with Scorched Rice) - RM 75 Nurungji Tong Dak refers to a traditional Korean food made of scorched rice with roasted chicken. Further more it consist primeraly of a whole chicken filled with glutionous rice, black rice, pumpkin seed, barley, garlic, ginseng, jujube, ginkgo nut and pine nut. Its cooked in the fire oven for at least one and a half hours to make the chicken oil to become balanced.
After all, it will be taken out and cut the chiken in half along its belly in order to cook the rice well on the pan. The reason why this process is important is that a crust of scorched rice will be left in the bottom of the cooking pot and it is called "Nurungji " in Korea. Finally after the rice is done, it will be served to the customer with variety toppings and sauce .
