the “Home of Sticky Bones”, Morganfield’s has set its sights on being the go-to place for ribs.

“Sticky Bones refers to Morganfield’s method of cooking, whereby ribs are slow-cooked and smoked in coal and hickory wood until tender, then basted with a gluey sweet and sour tomato based mopping sauce .

Started in the year of 2012, Morganfield’s is now having five outlets in Malaysia, namely Pavillion KL, Gurney Paragon Penang, Queensbay Mall Penang, eCurve Mutiara Damansara, Publika Solaris Dutamas. Not only that, the restaurant has also expanded another outlet in Star Vista, Singapore .

 

 
There will be another two or three more outlets launched in Malaysia and Singapore this year to serve the appetite of ribs lovers from across these two nations. Apart from expanding the market, he said that Morganfield’s will strive to continuously improve and satisfy patrons with more good food and quality dining experience .

The Morganfield’s outlet in Publika have a very cozy and comfortable feel into it. You will always feel welcomed by the environment and also the friendly staffs. It reflects perfectly the American dining feel and I always felt your interior should represent well the dishes you are serving .

The interior is warm with a rustic bare brick walls and signboards displaying happy hour prices and some posters , The bar has draught beers, wines, liquor, and cocktails – enough to quench most thirsty patrons. AND they have Happy Hours prices if you go early in the evenings!

Morganfield’s Publika is a good choice as there’s ample parking in Publika and the restaurant has a large seating capacity. I do highly recommend though that you book ahead to make your reservation..

Morganfield's Second Visit on 17/04/2015We do a early birthday celebration for carmen , actually her birthday falls on end of april , we decide to give her a early suprise because one of the gang is going for a long vacation at china and can't celebrate on the actual day .

At first , we choose Ben's for the dinner , in the end we found out that ben's place was not really worth to had a dinner and the foods not really much special ... after look on the ben's menu , we dicide to change place and curi curi get away from there , imagine like someone that didn't pay the bill and run away . this was their 1st time exprience walk away from the restaurant without notice from the waiters .

After walk away from there , we decide to go back Morganfield's for the dinner .

This time we didn't order the sharing platter afraid of can't finish it .

Sushi Tei originated from Singapore since 1994 with outlets spanning in all over Asia, till today, they've 12 outlets in Singapore and 13 outlets across Indonesia. In Klang Valley, they have 3 shops which is in Mid Valley, Tropicana City Mall as well as Pavillion....Sushi Tei is no ordinaire Japanese dining restaurant, which they believe in providing an ethereal with an alluring ambience more than a dining experience just for the customers by setting it apart from the norm. From what I've seen, Sushi Tei is suitable for family, friends, couples and also casual dining.

As with many Japanese restaurants, Sushi Tei also provides for seasonal themed menus apart from the staple favourites and signatures that they are known for. The seasonal offerings coincide with Japan’s seasons of change and the ingredients that comes with it, Salmon harvesting season, Autumn’s special the coldest season, Aburi Spring season special, etc.

 
With their cozy interior design which is quite comfortable to enjoy your good meal as me and my friends were chatting quite long after the meal as it sn’t feel like we need to be hurry===>Their menu is not much different from Sushi Zanmai but of course they do have a few signature rolls here.....

I foresee the race to come down to Sushi Tei vs Sushi Zanmai soon enough,this chain of sushi outlets deserve an accolade in the sense that they originated from Singapore, and have branches even in China, Indonesia and Australia. International flavours no less, and Sushi Tei strives to attain the prized notch above the rest of the competition.

What I know that Kungfu Steam seafood is not a stranger to all the fresh seafood lover around the klang valley , They only served fresh . fresh and last word also the same FRESH !! . One thing that may makes you confuse even thou to me . At first , I thought Kungfu Steam seafood serving Steamboat concept like others out there but not like you thought . At here , Every dishes are prepared by steaming ingredients that we ordered .

 

Let me show you later how they steam all the dishes , Now I'm gonna tell you where it's exact Located . The shop is easily can be found by Waze or Google Map , at the most hot district in Puchong called Bandar Puteri . Kungfu Steam seafood placed at the factory lot further up till you saw Macdonald's and starbucks on the left , There is bunch of dozen parking lot for you to be , No worries for parking problem .

Before entering the shop , You definitely will saw This Seafood Market that situated on the left . What does Seafood Market does is selling fresh live seafood to customer , Means anyone that looking for live seafood can come here to purchase and bring back home to cook . On my next visit , I should get few dozen of live prawn to bring back and do steamboat .

 

 

Kungfu Steam Seafood have dining area on ground level Surrounding with round and rectangle tables paired on cushion chairs , close air conditioning premises with a cozy atmosphere . And the friendly 24/7 standing beside to serve .


Four private dining rooms on the first level with minimum spend RM1000 required for the private rooms service , Two of the four rooms come with karaoke system so you can sing your lung out at the same time while dining .

On the same floor with the private room , there have another room for children’s where they can play while their parent enjoying their meal . You know la Kids like to run upside down when their stomach are full .

 

This how it's looks like Between Steam and steamboat , both are tottaly different categories . I miss out the photo when they put in the rice , chicken and Pumpkin moment . Below the steel tray , Later all the ingredients in there will become full of vitamin sea nourishment porridge . WOW!!
