The freshness will makes you unbelievable, Today Eddy Rush Fatboy had this opportunity by visiting Ishin Japanese Dining That located along the Jalan Klang Lama. I know Jalan Klang Lama Is a no ending road, Don't worry I will give you the exact Address and Google map after you read finish the whole article till bottom.

I been told that this Japanese Fine Dining Restaurant has been Operating more than fifteen years, exactly at this Spot for so many years and the one only one outlet without any branch outlet out there. This because The owner and the chef wanted to keep maintain the Quality of the foods and Quantity reserved. Since Ishin Japanese Dining stays here for more that a decade, Their regular Patrons are numerous even new patrons start to know the place.

 

The place are easily spot but if you are not familiar along the Jalan Kang Lama , I will advise you to use Waze or Google map because I'm afraid you drive pass the place and need to do a far further traffic light to U-Turn. At Ishin Japanese Dining parking in their premise or park along the road side is free but Don't park your car at next door of Ishin Japanese Dining that not belong to Ishin Japanese Dining because it is a private parking area and there is a charges of RM5 for two hours.

Once you Step in this Bungalow Build up restaurant, You will feel that yourself like Orang Atas(High Class) and you will spot a large round sushi/sashimi bar at the left corner where the chef served fresh ingredients infront of you. There also have cushion chairs and tables area to dine same as Upstairs with Private room and tatami dining, This place definitely will makes your Japanese dining experience memorable.

 

The Chef served us his signature seasonably dishes, What does seasonably dishes mean ? - The dishes that i'm gonna show below is fresh ingredients that hand picked by chef

 

Amera Tomato is an exquisite tomato groomed with love and passion of farmers, with the petite well-loved favourite. Maturing under the warm sunshine creates a delicious concentrated saccharine ball filled plentifully with moisture and juice. This tomatoes are reputable to be rich in flavour, full bodied and sweeter than the usual tomatoes. They also contain higher level of nutrition such as potassium, vitamin A, vitamin C and beta-carotene. (seasonal)

 

Steamed Japanese Sweet Corn, Fresh hot corn with just clear boiling is so satisfying. The corn is respected, nothing to be added on it and letting the natural flavour shine. (seasonal)

 

 

 

Chef Special Premium Sashimi, this sashimi degustation connects the diner with the chef. bonded by a mutual respect for the ingredients served and the underlying rituals and traditions involved, It’s not just a regular meal it’s an art form. Over the pristine ingredients and chef’s creativity unfurl in a parade of plates designed to awaken and heighten your senses.

 

Fresh air flown seafood which is sliced into bite-sized bits, Eaten raw with soy sauce and wasabi. sashimi is always made out of the freshest of seafood of Japan, surrounded by iced to keep fresh. This is the reason why sashimi came to be in the first place.

 

Udon Sukinabe, Centers on udon noodles which are fresh, toothsome and handmade. The noodles are the highlight, but then there's also have Unagi, Oyster, tiger shrimp, salmon, tofu, shiitakeand mushroom. fresh ingredients in all. Like I said, what a hot pot. Fight the cold days with this steamy Sukinabe Udon served in an umami dashi soup with steel pot, this hot noodle soup would be your favorite kind of comfort food during cold heavy rain.

 


Shake Atama Teriyaki, Grilled Salmon Head with Teriyaki Sauce. Is perhaps one of the better grilled salmon heads that we have had at here. Not overly salty with a crispy skin and perfectly moist flesh.

 

Hotate Cheese Yaki, Cheese Grilled Half Shell Scallop. It’s actually baked/grilled scallops with cheese and mushrooms sauteed in butter, And I liked it so much!!!

 

Sakura ebi Kara age, “Sakura Ebi” or Sakura shrimp is a vey small type of shrimp that really famous at Shizuoka. The translucent pink shrimp derives its name from sakura, this species grows to about 4–5 cm and lives primarily in Suruga Bay in Shizuoka Prefecture, Japan.

As a Ipohrian , I seriously haven't heard about this famous paranakan Cuisine that exists at Medan gopeng until last week I had this opportunity to try out their awesome dishes in front of me . well known restaurant serve Lunh and Dinner .

The shop exactly located at Along jalan Raja Dr. Nazrin Shah , will easily spotted the big Signboard in Medan Gopeng Shop lots . No worries using GPS and definitely will bring exact what you looking for .

Assam House is certified halal restaurant that serve fusion Baba nyoya cuisine which owned by Chinese but attracted lots of Malay customers as well . Even TV3 program , Jalan Jalan Cari Makan and many more has interviewed the restaurant before this . Let me speak some History about Assam House , The restaurant was started by the late Madam Lee back in 1991 . This restaurant plays around with the Nyonya cuisine that does a great taste buds . Famous for its original recipe, ASSAM HOUSE has attracted many to its simple style of preparing dishes, regardless of local and international residents .

 

 

Gado Gado , at first I though It was too early for " Lou Sang " but This Dish name as Gado Gado . known as mixture of vegetables , all mixed in peanut sauce dressing .

 

Nyoya Curry Grouper Fish Head , contains a rich rempah that gave the dish that distinctive tanginess . this fish head curry tastes was incredibly , it’s harmoniously sourish, salty, spicy, and savoury . curry sauce with tender fish chunks and vegetables .

 

Guang Zhou Gravy Prawn , This creamy dish combines fresh prawns with , Sweet , Sour and Spicy .

 

Otak - Otak , Fresh fish cake mixed with tapioca starch and spices . Otak-otak is normally being wrapped inside the attap leaves and clipped using stapler or toothpick at both ends before being grilled or roasted on the stove . But in Assam House they serve it different way .

 

Sambal Petai Sotong , which is the many mouthwatering and appetizing Malay and Nyonya dishes .

 

Chicken Fillet Malacca Style , fillet Chicken breast coated with Egg .

 

Dried Shrimp Fry Nai Bai , The dried shrimp and garlic are deep fried before being stir tossed with Nai Ba . gloriously crunchy .

 

Gui Fei Bean Curd , Stir Gravy med-firm Bean Curd . This comforting childhood favourite of mine is extremely delicious .

At First at all , I Gonna Tell You What does " Cincin " Means . "Chin-chin" is an italian toast, (actually Cin-Cin) which I believe means the equivalent of "to your health". Just as French people , the Italians say “cheers” in two ways, “Salute” in an informal situation or “Cin cin” in a more formal context . Some great Italian drinking toasts or cheers besides salute are “cento di questi giorni” or “cent’ anni”. “Cento di questi giorni” means “May you have a hundred of these days” , and “cent’ anni” means “a hundred years” .

 


Previously known as Coffee Berry , it has been rebranded to now become CINCIN With new image that served fine dining restaurant with great ambience & wide selection of great wine . The Shop was located in Taman bukit Hijau at Taman Connaught and opened Few month back this year , It was a Great place to Hangout that Served yummylicious Foods , Limited Wines and awesome deal of Cold Beer .



Cincin had their Official Grand Opening With special guest Orange Tan 陈慧恬 on 26th May 2017 , it also the only Place that get to drink a fine wine in Cheras . The much more different than others serving western cuisine in Town that Wine pairing with Foods .

 


Great News for ladies only , Cincin Giving all the ladies Drink all you can Special Promotion all night long for the LADIES , Spend a minimum RM20 per person and enjoy 3-hour FREE FLOW house wine Tempranillo Merlot imported from Spain at 6.30pm-9.30pm .


 


The two floor ambience is so relaxing , on the first floor it is comfortable enough for dinning or few pint of beer at more affordable prices . While for the second floor ....

 

 



A Wine & Cigar Lounge located at Second floor with unforgettable experience to enjoy the subtle luxuries of life , This is what life is made for . Smoke a cigar is different from cigarette . Do not inhale any smoke and never swallow the residue of any tobacco product . Taking time to savor the taste , the aroma. One or two puffs per minute should be enough to keep it lit . Smoke too fast will develop burn taste and your cigar getting heat up .




Every cigar has its own character and taste . Aging a cigar is very personal preferences . Some prefer fresh cigars , others will age their cigars at least two years before smoking them . Be it 100 years or more, cigars should be kept in a controlled environment , between 20°c to 23°c with 70 percent humidity .

Cincin experienced sommelier is more than happy to help me to choose the wine and share the knowledge about wine . Alright , beside than Cigar and Wine above . This pumpkin soup is yummy, creamy, and so velvety-smooth And the pumpkin flavor was so thick . remind me about how velvety smooth it was .

Spicy Fried Chicken Fillet
Spice marinated boneless chicken fried with crispy butter , served with sweet pickles .

Kimi - Ya been operated for past two month and totally new name In F&B industrial but with More than ten years professional chef experience , Kimi - Ya provide fine dinning experience with afforded Price tag .

 

 
The Decoration of wooden fulfill almost the whole atmosphere and also all the wooden tables and chairs in every section . The cozy Environment makes me so comfortable while dining .

I found that the fish head and bones gave the broth an extra umami richness and sweetness .

Tenzaru Inaniwa Udon

The process of making Inaniwa Udon takes about four days as it is all done manually. After kneading the dough by hand, it is wrapped around two rods, flattened, then stretched and finally air dried. The handmade process results in Inaniwa Udon noodles that are thinner compared to conventional udon noodles and have a smooth texture served cold with tempura and Dipped in special cold soup .
