Hola everyone , it's been a while I didn't have a proper Thai cuisine until I found this Mueang Kao Thai Cuisine that located at Damansara Jaya (DJ) . The shop located at a strategy area opposite with Housing area and a long row of shop house but Don't worry about that , Mueang Kao Thai Cuisine can be found by using Google map . Mueang Kao Thai Cuisine was just started their business and serve their patron from Febuary 2018 , Means this Thai cuisine is very new in town not more than a month . Most of the time , we always wondering How awesome is the food for a new restaurant .

 

 

No worries , let me "The Fatboy" go through all the food here with a high knowledge and deep experience on all kinds foods . As most of them know me as a Food Hunter , a food guide around klang valley and every corner of the world (kua Jiong) . Mueang Kao is a district that famous with the ruins of and ancient town dating back more than 900 years . Most of the structures discovered were built during the Sukhothai and Ayutthaya eras in Thailand , That's mean they serve decades authentic Thai Cuisine . To be honest , Most Of the Malaysian like Us can't really take the original flavour of Thai dishes because Thai People like their dishes salty , Oily or extreme spicy but no worries Mueang Kao Thai Cuisine serves Malaysian Fusion taste bud . We able to meet the chef as well , he was in Thai Cuisine for more than 20 years . I think he is a Malaysian that speak well thai and Malay language , the most important matter is the chef cooks delicious dishes , The variety of foods are sufficient .

 

This stack block of bricks makes me curious at first . Actually , this area is a special experience part for diner to enjoy their foods by sitting on the floor with cross-legged .

The restaurant is modern and strives for a cozy , laid back ambiance . This approach creates a one-of-a-kind dining environment that allows patron to have a comfortable experience . The whole area can fit up to 80 pax to be seated to enjoy dining , surprisingly is the shop was full house during Dinner time .

 

Deep fried Talapia Fish covered with Cu Ci Gravy .

 

 

Deep Fried With Garlic and Pepper
This looks Simple but delicious when fried Garlic and Pepper pour on top every cut pieces of the fish , even the bones is crunchy to eat . must dip into the sauce for better taste .

 

Tom Yam Seafood ( White )
Tom yum (hot & sour) soup with prawns and authentic Tom Yum Kung soup is without coconut milk and features all four of the famous Thai flavors--salty, sour, sweet and spicy .

 

BBQ Squid
They're so tender , Calamari is the Italian word for squid , Mild-tasting calamari is best when it's impeccably fresh . The squid is roasted plain and served with an exciting sauce .

 

 

Thai Style Coconut Milk
Coconut milk flavored makes a classic Thai-inspired , creamy sauce for shrimp . The fresh prawns are a delight drenched in coconut milk absolute favourite aromatic and sweet sauce create a most appetising combination .

 

Cha Om Omelette
Cha om is one of the tropical varieties of acacia plants , The most common way cha-om is cooked is with beaten eggs, like in an omelette, which is then cut into squares or rectangles to serve .

 

Glass Noodle Salad
Glass noodle salad is a staple dish in any Thai home and has a wonderfully bright flavours with refreshing crunchy vegetables .

 


Coconut Ice Cream
This delicious and creamy Coconut Ice Cream is made the old fashioned way with toasted coconut and both heavy cream as well as coconut cream & coconut milk . this ice cream was GOOD , The photos can’t do it justice .

I honestly praise them on serving us delicious Thai food along with friendly service . The traditional Thai hospitality makes me will return again and again ! Mueang Kao Thai Cuisine are open daily from 11am daytime Thai Lunch Specials till 11pm for traditional Thai ala carte dishes .

This restaurant is rather big which makes it a good place for big gatherings like birthday parties and wedding celebrations . Fullhouse Signature brings new dimensions to wedding and dining experience , It caters to Family Gathers , High Tea Sessions , Relaxing Meet-ups and Chill out . This is a place for a great photo capture moment with the "Wow" gorgeous interior in Fullhouse , you need walk in to witness it . Photo Freak would love every corner with the feel of Princess and price , Lol !!

 

 

The Victorian dreamy vibes , little pigeons and cute comic characters who are named Thomas (dad) , Tracy (mum) , Tony (son) and Tiffani (daughter) . They are located at Sunway Pyramid LG Floor with similar concept than before and it is now called Fullhouse Signature but with much more grand Atmosphere .

 


The last visiting Fullhouse was at Sunway Giza , Kota Damansara same as there was a vintage Aston Martin Mini Cooper Classic park at the entrance and two floor of dining area . unfortunately their close down all the outlet and focus on their Quality at Sunway Pyramid outlet here , the theme layout and the concept of Fullhouse Signature is comparatively different from their former Fullhouse concept Theme Restaurant .

 

At the open concept area , there is a small stage with a projector and sound system features two of Fullhouse’s family , Tracy (the mum) in a wedding gown and Thomas (dad) in Tuxedo . the place can fit roughly about 100 - 120 pax in one time for a birthday celebration , launching events , cooperate Dinner or wedding lunch/Dinner .

 

There are few seating options at the whole compound area With The comfy sofa seats , a menu full of Chinese / Western dishes . like many places in Asia , the restaurant offers western food suited to the Asian palate . The ideal occasion to visit Fullhouse while their launched a revamped menu with many new favourites dishes

 

The Oriental Set Complimentary Vegetable of the day for 2-3 pax
I Could say this was the cheapest Chinese cuisine Oriental set In the whole Sunway Pyramid for RM 5x.xx 2-3 pax , the generous portion might can fit for four . Set consist of selection of 3 chicken , 3 fish and 3 mix , you can choose 1 out of each . Mean you will have 1 dish of complimentary vegetable of the day 3 mix dish either Dried chilli or salted fish chicken , Yin yong fish , Thai Style tofu , Marmite boxing chicken and Thai style chicken . 4 DISHES PLUS 3 BOWL OF RICE .

 

Cheese Baked Lobster RM99.90++
Thick Melted Cheese as sauce all over the lobster , renowned for their sweet , tender meat are perfect for a romantic dinner for two or even for weeknight dinner . Served with fries and salads .

This could be more perfect and fresh grilled lobster with the silky richness of aioli indulgence with lots of flavor to spare .

 

Sizzling Spring Chicken
The spring chicken was served on a sizzling hot plate with a piece of ham and Veges at the side while poured thick pepper sauce makes smoke covered the hot plate .

 

Fullhouse Ultimate Burger
Awesome hamburger beef patty , These are juicy tender filled in my mouth with a piece of ham and cheese top . Salads and Fries as side .

 

Fullhouse Special Fried Rice
Every restaurant have trier own Special Fried rice even Fullhouse have it too , non spicy stir fry with Mixed Vegetables , Prawn , Boxing Fried Chicken and Fried egg .

 

Baked Cheese Pasta
This is a delicious variation on pasta cheese . While it may be slightly more difficult than other recipes it tastes even better! , the combination of cheeses gave this dish its rich flavor . This is a great dish that can be doubled or tripled to feed me .

 

High Tea Set for 2
whiling away the afternoon indulging in scrumptious desserts and perfectly brewed cuppas . Try out the tiered stand of freshly baked pastries , cakes and breads . As a Ipohrian , I seriously haven't heard about this famous paranakan Cuisine that exists at Medan gopeng until last week I had this opportunity to try out their awesome dishes in front of me . well known restaurant serve Lunh and Dinner .

The shop exactly located at Along jalan Raja Dr. Nazrin Shah , will easily spotted the big Signboard in Medan Gopeng Shop lots . No worries using GPS and definitely will bring exact what you looking for .

Assam House is certified halal restaurant that serve fusion Baba nyoya cuisine which owned by Chinese but attracted lots of Malay customers as well . Even TV3 program , Jalan Jalan Cari Makan and many more has interviewed the restaurant before this . Let me speak some History about Assam House , The restaurant was started by the late Madam Lee back in 1991 . This restaurant plays around with the Nyonya cuisine that does a great taste buds . Famous for its original recipe, ASSAM HOUSE has attracted many to its simple style of preparing dishes, regardless of local and international residents .

 

 

Gado Gado , at first I though It was too early for " Lou Sang " but This Dish name as Gado Gado . known as mixture of vegetables , all mixed in peanut sauce dressing .

 

Nyoya Curry Grouper Fish Head , contains a rich rempah that gave the dish that distinctive tanginess . this fish head curry tastes was incredibly , it’s harmoniously sourish, salty, spicy, and savoury . curry sauce with tender fish chunks and vegetables .

 

Guang Zhou Gravy Prawn , This creamy dish combines fresh prawns with , Sweet , Sour and Spicy .

 

Otak - Otak , Fresh fish cake mixed with tapioca starch and spices . Otak-otak is normally being wrapped inside the attap leaves and clipped using stapler or toothpick at both ends before being grilled or roasted on the stove . But in Assam House they serve it different way .

 

Sambal Petai Sotong , which is the many mouthwatering and appetizing Malay and Nyonya dishes .

 

Chicken Fillet Malacca Style , fillet Chicken breast coated with Egg .

 

Dried Shrimp Fry Nai Bai , The dried shrimp and garlic are deep fried before being stir tossed with Nai Ba . gloriously crunchy .

 

Gui Fei Bean Curd , Stir Gravy med-firm Bean Curd . This comforting childhood favourite of mine is extremely delicious .

Honestly , Myself is not a Vegetarian but Sandalo Healthy Vegetarian Cuisine gave me a great inspiration when vegetarian can create a perfect dishes that I can craving for .
