Extra Hot Butterfly Chicken Breast with two regular sides - Mediterranean Rice and Corn-on-the-Cob.
The chicken breast was nicely presented in butterfly shape. A medium sized chicken breast was served. It was boneless and meat was quite thick.
However, the chicken breast was overburnt at the edges which is not healthy to consume as it may cause cancer. The Butterfly Chicken Breast was well marinated and flame-grilled. A fulfilling thick and succulent chicken breast with extra hot peri-peri sauce, taste good with the signature Mediterranean rice. Extra hot peri-peri sauce was very hot and salty at the same time. The Corn-on-the-Cob was nice and juicy.

Burger King Malaysia has recently launched a new burger, named as Chick ‘n Roll. It was selling at RM1.88 promotional price instead of usual price RM7.95 under the Fiery Hot Deals. This promotion was held for only 3 days, from 17 to 19 sept 2013. A very good response with long queue has been witnessed at Burger King, Paradigm Mall outlet.The ingredients for Chick ‘n Roll includes of golden chicken patty, smoked chicken roll, crispy lettuce, fresh tomato slice and tangy mayonnaise, sandwiched between the soft sesame bun.The Chick ‘n Roll burger was deliciously prepared with fresh and flavorful ingredients. The golden chicken patty was tasty and crispy, where it has been deep fried to crispy golden perfection. Combination with the smoked chicken roll and other fresh ingredients, has elevated it to another level of taste sensations with satisfactions.

16th September, is a national public holiday, we have celebrated Malaysia Day at Sakae Sushi, One Utama outlet.
Actually, it was just an excuse, simply wants to dine in for more healthy and delicious Japanese meal.
As expected, the outlet will be packed and crowded with people, especially on public holidays. First things first, is to order for the Sakae Genmaicha (hot) 玄米茶. Upon ordering, the waitress handed over a Genmaicha tea bag together with a porcelain glass.
Each table has conveniently installed a hot water dispenser. Just add enough volume of hot water and brew for couple of minutes before consumed.
Genmaicha is also known as brown rice tea, where green tea blended with roasted brown rice. Thus, the tea will gives a pleasant aroma and unique roasted flavor.
May refill with hot water for 2 - 3 times, or until the flavor fades away.

At Sakae Sushi, ordering of food was at the finger tips, very easy and convenient by using their iPad with Interactive Menu System installed at every table.
Sakae Chawanmushi or Japanese steamed egg can be served as an appetizer to warm up the tummy. It was steamed to perfection with fresh ingredients such as eggs, mushrooms, vegetarian shark's fin, chicken meat, crabstick and ginkgo.Sakae Chawanmushi never fails, always tasty and delightful, with smooth and silky texture of steamed egg, fresh and flavorful ingredients that pleasing taste buds.

Kamameshi 釜饭, is a traditional Japanese rice with dishes that cooked in an iron pot. Sakae Sushi is offering various choices of Kamameshi including Beef Kamameshi, Chicken Kamameshi, Seafood Kamameshi and Unagi Kamameshi. Chicken Kamameshi that I have ordered was served piping hot in an iron pot with main ingredients - chicken teriyaki, oyster mushrooms, edamame and Japanese rice.The chicken teriyaki was very delicious and well marinated. An adequate portion of boneless and tender succulent chicken teriyaki was served with its savory teriyaki sauce. Before consume, mix the teriyaki sauce evenly with Japanese rice and other ingredients, chicken teriyaki, oyster mushrooms and edamame, Japanese soybean. Enjoyed this mouth-watering Chicken Kamameshi with no wastage of rice, as rice does not stick to the iron pot.
