This is the first time I visiting here, but many of my friends recommend their Hokkien Mee and Fried Kuey Teow. Indeed they are very nice, in term of taste, texture, and the smell.

The Hokkien Mee 福建面 RM10 is very well stewed, the noodles are very flavorful and texture is just right, not too soft or tough.
Fried Kuey Teow 月光河 RM11

The Fried Kuey Teow 月光河 RM11 is also very nice. They control the fire very well, causing the kuey teow to be very fragrance but not burnt. 月光河 is a dish that beating a raw egg into the fried kuey teow and stirred, causing the kuey teow to be more smooth. The name 月光河 is actually comes from the look of the dish because it looks like a image of a moon inside a river.

Besides these, I also tried their fried mee hoon. It's quite nice too.

The MUST-ORDER dish here is the Steamed Lala (Clam) 蒸啦啦.

The lala are very fresh, but the lala that I ate that day is those oval and thinner shape-shell clam but not those thicker meat round-shell clam that they usually use, maybe they can't get that kind of clam on that day. So the flesh of the clam is not so juicy but the soup is really nice. The lala is steamed with lots of ginger slices, garlics and chili padi, of course with lots of wine to make the soup fragrant enough.

Besides the Oat Mantis Prawn, we also ordered a KungPo Mantis Prawn 宫保虾羔 RM22, I actually prefer Sweet Corn Mantis Prawn because it's the signature dish here and not so common compared to KungPo Mantis Prawn.

The mantis prawn is very fresh also and taste quite nice also, but it isn't really special because such standard can be found at many other restaurant also. So it's not worth for the long waiting time. I would recommend the other two flavors.

New Boston Restaurant can be considered as the most famous restaurant that serves Lala and Mantis Prawn in Klang. Almost none of the Klang people don't know the existence of this restaurant. However I as a Klang people, this is the very first time I visited this restaurant because patience is really needed if you want to eat at here. For this visit, I have waited for around 1 hour and 45 mins for my food to be served. So I won't go for this restaurant if I am going for a simple dinner. The taste of the food are real delicious and worth for the waiting time though.

The must ordered food here is their Oat Mantis Prawn 麦片虾羔 RM22.

The mantis prawn is very fresh and it's fried to very crispy yet maintaining the texture of the flesh. It's then fried with lots of oat and butter. It's somehow tastes like butter mantis prawn but replacing the egg floss with oat. It's really very fragrant and I even finished all the oats.

Saffron Linguini RM28.90

Saffron Linguini RM28.90

I usually will try at least one pasta of a restaurant that I visit. I was looking at the menu and found this Chef's Special - Saffron Linguini RM28.90++. Saffron is said to be the most expensive spice in the world. I was attracted by the name and so I ordered this. Not exaggerating, this can be considered as one of the best pasta that I have ever tasted, I will mark it at least 4.5/5 in terms of taste, freshness of the seafood. This pasta comes with a large prawn, 2 fresh mussels, squids , fish fillet and served in a creamy sauce, but not really like the ordinary carbonara sauce that we usually eat. Besides that, I also feel surprised to see they put spring onion on top of pasta instead of other herbs like basil.

All food are subject to 10% service tax and 6% government tax.
