Kam Heong Buttered Crab 金香奶油蟹 is also a special dish that I couldn't find at any other place. At first I thought it was just normal Kam Heong Crab but with butter added, but it actually has more sauce than I expect and served in a claypot . Its taste is milder but more creamy than normal Kam Heong Crabs. It's very aromatic and very suitable for those who like Kam Heong style but not so spicy dish. Fried Man Tou is a must-order food when eating crabs that has sauce. It's perfectly matched with the Kam Heong Butter sauce as well as the Peanut Butter sauce.

Peanut Butter Crab 花生奶油蟹 is another special dish of this restaurant too. I have been eating crabs for so many years, but this is the first time I see crabs prepared in this way. This dish is cooked with butter and peanut butter perhaps because it tastes almost the same like the peanut butter that we eat in daily life just in more dilute form. It's then spread with some crunchy crushed peanuts making the dish to be more aromatic. However I couldn't eat this dish a lot because it's quite greasy and creamy.

Honey Lemon Crab 蜜糖柠檬蟹 is another dish featured in "Ho Chak". Indeed this is very nice. The crabs are very fresh because even though the size of the crab is very small, but the flesh is very firm. The crabs are fried with butter and honey until the honey is slightly burnt and gives the crabs more aromatic smell. The crabs are tasteful to eat plainly or to dip with their special sauce.The sauce is made of lemon sauce, thai chili sauce and special mayonnaise sauce. The sauce is very appetizing but quite spicy.

This restaurant was featured in local TV program "Ho Chak" before but I never try it, until recently saw an offer deal online. So I decided to give it a try. However the location of the restaurant isn't really strategic because it cannot be seen from the main road, I can only reach there with GPS navigator. I intend to order the featured crab - Sweet Corn Crab at first, but then I was told that it was finished. So I changed it to Marmite Crab.

The price for M size crab is RM48 per plate ( 3 pcs per plate with each around 200+g)
The price for XL size crab is RM43 per crab ( Around 300+g each)

Since the difference of the size of the crabs are not really big but price is much more expensive, so I ordered medium size crabs. (Before I bought the vouchers, I called the merchant and asked. I was told that medium size crab weights around 300g each but the story is totally different when we visit here.) After awhile I was told that there is only 2 plates of medium size crabs left. I guess they just want to keep the crabs and want us to order the "so called XL size crabs" which is much more smaller than normal size crabs in other restaurant because they know that we are using vouchers. So we were forced to order the "overpriced" crabs. However the taste is quite nice, the portion of the marmite used is quite much, so the sauce can soak in the flesh of the crabs.

Overall, the food is nice, but the merchant is really very dishonest. I would definitely not visit that restaurant again in the future.

Among so many fast food restaurant, I eat KFC more frequent, but I have never tried their Famous Bowl. So I decided to order it as my snack.KFC Famous Bowl is quite cheap, RM4.95+ included a regular soft drink. It consists of some corn kernel, popcorn chicken, chicken rice and then served with gravy sauce (sauce for mashed potato) . I thought the portion is very small, but it's quite full after finish it. Overall, it's ok except for the rice, as expected to be quite poor.
