Annyeonghaseyo, Bulgogi Brothers! Smile Apr 28, 2014

Categories : Korean | Restaurant | Noodles | BBQ

I've tried numerous Korean BBQ restaurant in my whole life and only few left good impressions. Bulgogi Brothers is indeed an extraordinary one, not to mention the yummy and refillable banchan (side dishes) that contain of corn soup, kimchi, sweet lotus root, mashed pumpkins and yummy vegies, their main courses are beyond delicious too!

Their must-try is Bulgogi Brothers Special (MYR 81.90) which is the combination of Unyang (beef patties) and Gwangyang (thinly sliced beef) that has been marinated and seasoned before served, another must try is Beef Bibimbap (MYR 29.90).

The beef slices were so tasty and juicy, especially when wrapped together in fresh lettuce. Imagine the crunchy fresh lettuce with juicy beef inside plus, a secret explosion of special sauce, so yummy. Their Beef Bibimbap is really something too! Rice topped with beef bulgogi, raw egg yolk and vegies then mixed all at once with special sauce. Eat it while it's still hot, it's beyond delicious.

A little bit pricey but it's worth the price. The portion of their food is quite big and enough for two persons. The staffs were so friendly and helpful too! They were so kind and patient no matter how many questions I've popped out, LOL. They also help in mixing and grilling for the best taste of the beef. smile

This corn soup is must-try! So sweet and tasty yet soft and rich!

Signature Pork Chop Bun Smile Apr 22, 2014

Categories : Chinese | Restaurant | Burgers / Sandwiches

I went to the Lot 10 Hutong branch. No wonder why people yearn for this, it's worth the wait!
Their Signature Pork Chop Bun is indeed a must-try! Only for MYR 13++ with a large portion. The deep fried pork chop tasted so sweet and juicy, together with the sweet and crispy bun, such a perfect match!
Best served when hot and paired with a cup of cold Macau milk tea.
If you're looking for something heavier for lunch or dinner, might as well check their other menus. They also serve rice and noodles meals with pork or chicken. So if you're in Bukit Bintang and looking for a place to sit after a long and tiring shopping, drop by Tai Lei Loi Kei in Lot 10 Hutong.

As a foreigner, it's kinda hard for me to find Chinese food here in Cyberjaya so I went to Bukit Bintang then I found Dragon View Restaurant. The restaurant is quite busy but they've got a lot of waitresses so they won't run out of people to serve. For live seafood, the price is kinda pricey for kopitiam but their Chinese dishes are the best! The special braised pork ribs, fried squid and their special prawns are highly recommended. The price of their food is more or less MYR 25 per portion, they also accept debit and credit card (speaking of convenience!)

Long queue, heavenly smell and busy kitchen are perfect words for Kim Lian Kee - Lot 10 Hutong. MYR 12.50 for a delicious plate of Moonlight Hor Fun, so cheap and fulfilling. As a foreigner, it's some kind of achievement to get to try the famous Kim Lian Kee.
Hor fun, pork lard, shrimp and cabbage mixed with special sauce in one plate, perfect for lunch.
