After my mind blowing food experience at Manmaru Robatayaki (Atria Shopping Gallery) I decided to try Manmaru Homemade Udon at Midvalley for dinner. Moreover I also got a Voucher "BUY 1 FREE 1 UDON" from Worthybook. Manmaru Homemade Udon is located at S, Midvalley Megamall (Next to a Thai Restaurant). We were welcomed by the staff at the entrance and he seated us at the 4pax table. A couple of people occupied the restaurant when we arrived around 5.30pm. Too early for dinner I guess. The ambiance of the restaurant gives a very warm feeling to us. We ordered Hot Green Tea, Kamo Nanban Udon, Fukahire An Kake Udon and Sashimi Udon. Green Tea (Unlimited) @ RM 4 Kamo Nanban Udon was tasty and not too salty. Duck Meat was soft and juicy. Good!!

Kami Nanban Udon @ RM 17.90 Fukahire An Kake Udon was served with delicious Shark Fin Broth. Nice and very big portion until my sister cannot finish it and she decided to take away.

Fukahire An Kake Udon @ RM 25.90Free Maitake was good. Crispy on the outside while juicy & tender on the inside. We enjoyed eating them with the dipping sauce. Sashimi Udon was yummy and I have just fallen in love with it in the first bite. It is a cold udon served with a creamy sauce and had a good hint of Wasabi taste. Just yummy and I loved it.The Sashimi was fresh and it just melts in my mouth. Perfect!!

Sashimi Udon @ RM 32.90It was a good dinner for us. Everything was delicious and presentation was gorgeous as well like Manmaru Robatayaki. Friendly service and sure drop by again for their Udon.

I come across this restaurant crowded with people during lunch So I told my sister if we happen to be in Brickfields in future we should give it a try. Restaurant Visalatchis is located at Jalan Scott, Brickfields (Same row with Vishal Food & Catering's). They serve Banana Leaf Rice, Briyani for lunch with some other vegetarian and non- vegetarian dishes. A couple of people occupied the cafe when we arrived around 12pm but it started filling up later on. We ordered 2 Banana Leaf, Fried Fish, Chicken Varuval and Take Away Briyani.Banana Leaf Rice was delicious. No complains about their curries and side dishes as everything was good. Only drawback was the vegetables was cooked with their skins and I don't like to eat vegetable with skin. While, for their spinach I think they should use Red Colour Chillies rather than Green Colour Chilies. But for the price of RM 6. No big complains.I walked over to their counter to see what they have for the day.The aunty explained to me each of their dishes and I choose Chicken Varuval as it looks attractive to me. It was full of spices and tender but they have more bones than the meat. Disappointed!!

Chicken Varuval @ RM 6 Fried Fish was flavorful and tender. Once your Banana Leaf Rice is served, the staff will carry a tray full of fried items to your table to choose what you want to have and my sister chooses Fried Fish as it is her all time favorite in Banana Leaf Restaurant.

But if you are dining in, then you will be served with other vegetable side dishes as well. Chicken Briyani @ RM 12It was a good lunch for us. Friendly and fast service, despite the crowd. Easy to get a car parking on Friday around 12pm-1pm which is very good for us. Sure, drop by again to try their other Non- Vegetarian dishes as it looks yummy too.

Most of the people staying nearby Damansara Uptown & Damansara Utama should be familiar with their existence by now. They have been operating in this area for 2 years now, but it is too shame for me that I never had time to drop by this Japanese Restaurant before. Finally, here I am for lunch. It is run by a Hong Kong chef who has the love for Japanese cuisine. After working in the F&B industry in Hong Kong for years, he decided to move his restaurant business to Malaysia as he fell in love with the laid back and relaxed environment in Malaysia. Wakon Japanese Restaurant is located Damansara Uptown (Next to Frisson Coffee). Wakon has a very simple menu which mainly consists of grilled dishes such as Pork Neck Skewers, BBQ Squid, BBQ Chicken Wings and many more. On top of these, Wakon offers ala carte menu such as rice options, ramen and their signature such as Black Truffle Mixed with Udon. The ambiance of the place was simple and comfortable Japanese Izakaya-style interior. They have 2 types of seating area. Crab Roe Salada @ RM13.90Wasabi Gyoza has a nice twist to it. Yeah!! Perfectly Pan-Fried Gyoza with creamy Wasabi on top rather than dipping it with shredded ginger and vinegar. It was soft on the inside and crispy on the outside. In additional, Wasabi really adds an additional kick to it. The best thing about it is that the flavour was not too strong and it is suitable for everyone.

They use an electric charcoal to prepare the skewers instead of real charcoal to avoid having the smoke trapped inside the restaurant and to ensure customers enjoy the food in a good ambiance. My boyfriend is not a big fan of desserts but I am not sure why he is so interested to visit this particular cafe so I brought him to Miru Dessert Cafe on Valentine day night for dessert and he was so happy. We were welcomed at the entrance by the staff and we were informed that it’s currently full house so we have to wait for our turn. After waited for about 5 minutes, we were seated on 4 pax table near the counter. The ambiance of the cafe was lovely with a white colour theme. You have to order and pay at the counter. Once your order is done, they will serve it to the table. He ordered Ferrero Toast and Triple Chocolate Brownie. So greedy right him!!!Triple Chocolate Brownie was so yummy, I only manage to get 2 spoons and he finished the whole plate of it with my sister when I was busy taking photos of the Ferrero Toast. Pity me!!

Triple Chocolate Brownie @ RM 17 Ferrero Toast was gorgeous. It was thick and toasted beautifully. It was topped with a scoop of vanilla Ice- Cream and crushed Ferrero Rochers Chocolate and Whipped Cream are placed on the side of the plate. So no worries, it is more than enough for the toast.

Dessert are yummyliciois and good service but be patient to be waited as it will be always full house at night and people will be nonstop coming one by one and it remains full house during our entire stay. This year valentine day fall on Sunday and you guys know that Valentine Day is the time where all the best restaurant and cafés are fully booked for lunch and dinner. After calling a couple of restaurants for dinner and lunch reservation, I gave up as everything was fully booked even Manmaru Robatayaki & Bar, Atria Shopping Mall. Not to give up, I decided to walk-in for lunch at Manmaru Robatayaki & Bar as this particular restaurant really attracted me with very good reviews. Manmaru Robatayaki is located at Ground Floor, Atria Shopping Gallery (Next To Nando's) Manmaru Robatayaki is a Japanese restaurant. We were welcomed by the staff at the entrance before seating us 4 pax table. Thank God!! I got a place. A couple of people occupied the restaurant when we arrived around 11am but it started filling up soon later on. The ambiance was restaurant was lovely and something different to the usual Japanese restaurant environment. I loved it. It looks classy to me. After going through the menu, I ordered Yee Sang, Volcano Roll, Hotate Chawan Mushi, Tori Katsu Curry Don, Hot Ocha and Spicy Tuna Temaki. Green Tea @ RM 3It was my best Yee Sang I have eaten so far. Salmon was so fresh and it just melted in our mouth. I just loved it. All the ingredients were so fresh. Fruits and Home made Plum Sauce gives an additional taste to it. Gorgeous!!

Yee Sang 2-4 @ RM 48Chicken Katsu Curry was tasty. Fried Chicken was tender and juicy and it was fried to perfections.

Hotate Chawan Mushi @ RM 30It was an yummyliocus dinner. The presentation was gorgeous and I cannot resist myself from taking photos of it and I even uploaded each of it in Facebook and Instagram that was really a rare case. Usually I will choose the best photo to upload in Social Media but for this restaurant everything looks beautiful that I decided to post all of it. Everything was good from the service to the foods. I loved it. Sure, drop by again whenever I feel wanted to have a good Japanese Meal. Thumb Up Guys!! I just loved your foods.
