小时候家人都喜欢煮甜酸酱螃蟹。所以长大了我都很喜欢吃。这个甜酸酱调到很好吃，酱汁甜酸适中，非常的下饭。可能是因为里面还有螃蟹的鲜味，配上里面的蛋丝，所以整个味道很棒。

有些朋友不喜欢非洲鱼的味道。因为好像有一种泥臭味。这里所采用的非洲与味道很鲜美。就是喜欢非洲鱼独特的味道。而且吃起来一点腥味也没有。而且这条鱼蒸到很嫩滑，当然少不了好吃的酱汁。

这个就是闻名已久的芙蓉燒蟹了。外表看起来因为酱汁的关系所以黑黑的。但是完全不是因为烧焦，是它咸香的独特酱汁。烧螃蟹的火候控制到很好，里面的肉非常肥美，吃起来软嫩无比，
