Pork Soup Ramen is nothing new. Have you tried Chicken Soup Ramen before?

 
The restaurant is hidden deep inside Fahrenheit 88 shopping mall. You might need to take some time to find it. The shop sign looks like a basketball, because the Japanese founder used to be a basketball player.

 
The restaurant's interior is clean and comfortable with plenty of seats.

 
The kitchen at the end is where all the delicious ramens are produced.

 
I ordered the signature Marutama Ra-men, which is chicken soup based ramen.

 
The ramen is unbelievably simple. It is topped with lots of green onions, lots of Japanese seaweeds and a slice of Japanese Char Siew.

 
What makes this ramen irresistibly delicious is its thick chicken soup. The soup is cooked for 5 hours until the chicken meat and bones are dissolved into the soup! According to the owner, a bowl of soup is equal to half a chicken! No wonder the taste is so rich and delicious!

 
This is another highly recommended side dish. It is Japanese Char Siew called Kakuni. From the picture, you can see that the pork has equal distribution of meat and fat, which makes the pork tastes soft and tender.

This ramen is the best ramen I have ever tried!mad

便宜又好吃的印度版Nasi Lemak!

 
这家Nasi Lemak是印度人开的,所以名字有点古怪,应该是老板的名字

 
摊贩的位置就在Seapark的Maybank旁边(所以也叫Maybank Nasi Lemak),很容易找,只有晚上才营业哦

 
最特别的是这里的座位摆满整个巷弄,形成特殊的奇景

大马有很多“巷弄美食”(像是马六甲、怡保),为什么好吃的食物都喜欢躲在巷子里呢?

 
这里的生意实在太好,所以Nasi Lemak的制作过程已经“标准化”!

一个员工专门负责一项工作,比如炸鸡的炸鸡、煎蛋的煎蛋,可以大规模生产,效率惊人!

 
一次同时煎十几粒蛋,场面壮观,而且每粒荷包蛋的蛋黄皆饱满欲滴,让人垂涎~

 
这就是这里的招牌Nasi Lemak Ayam!一碟才RM4.50,便宜又大碟!

鸡翼炸得酥脆,带有一点印度咖喱的风味,和马来人的炸鸡又不同~

 
最享受的当然是“吸”荷包蛋饱满的蛋黄,简直是人间天堂!

 
Sambal咖喱汁也给得很豪爽,让你吃得尽兴!

这样便宜又好吃的大众美食,千万不要错过!

每次来到茨厂街,就一定会光顾这里的菜市场大啖中华巷美食lol,其中最喜欢的一家就是这里的酿豆腐,一点都不输安邦的酿豆腐哦!只是这里没冷气,又有点脏,而且因为座位有限,常常要和陌生人同桌,只要这些都能够忍受,保证你会爱上这里的酿豆腐!

 
这里的酿豆腐之所以好吃,原因只有一个:就是所有酿豆腐都是现场新鲜制作的,可以看到员工在亲手制作,所以这里的酿豆腐吃起来特别鲜嫩可口!

 
点餐的方式很简单,只要在摊位前选择你喜欢的酿豆腐,丢进碗里,然后交给老板娘来处理就可以了!

 

 
酿豆腐分为水煮油炸两种,水煮的话,员工会把酿豆腐倒进热汤内烫熟,然后连汤带料倒进碗里,再添加一些葱花就可以上桌咯~基本上,每一种酿豆腐都很好吃,因为内陷所使用的鱼肉十分鲜嫩弹牙,让人吃了一口又一口,欲罢不能。个人偏爱这里的豆腐,特别新鲜滑嫩,用筷子轻轻一夹就碎开,放在嘴里口感就像布丁一样滑润!

每次来到茨厂街,一定不会忘记到颂记吃上一碗美味的牛肉面~

这家少说都有5、60年历史的牛肉面店已经迈入第三代

 
图片中的帅哥就是少东,还亲自下厨滚面条呢!

 
马来西亚的牛肉面很有自己的特色,面和牛肉基本上是分开的,和台湾的红烧牛肉面又不同!

 
面条很细,就像云吞面的面条,上面铺了一层厚厚的肉碎,里面有牛肉和猪肉碎,两种肉碎加在一起,风味更佳!

 
另外的牛肉汤更精彩了,里面有牛杂,有牛肉丸、八分熟的粉嫩牛肉片和牛肚

汤比较清淡,牛肉和牛肚则清甜有嚼劲,难得的是,没什么骚味!

 
傍晚店外还会卖粥,老板说菜谱是从对面一家老字号路边摊买过来的,所以味道很好

尤其是他们的滑鸡,真是皮滑肉嫩,吃了一口还要一口,一下子就吞进肚子里!

福利越南餐馆是一家比较没那么起眼的餐厅~

不过这家餐厅可是由真正的越南人开的哦~老板娘是从越南过来的

讲到越南美食,一定不能不提越南有名的牛肉河粉~

 
越南牛肉河粉的特色是会另外提供一碟生菜,吃的时候才倒进热腾腾的牛肉汤面内拌着吃

这样吃的好处是蔬菜非常新鲜,尤其半熟的芽菜咬起来好脆!

牛肉面则有牛肉丸、牛肉片和牛肚,很丰盛

牛肉汤带有淡淡的牛肉香味,加上料多,混着河粉一起送进肚子里是一大享受!

 
另外这个是烧肉饭,肉片甜甜的,用了特殊的越南浆料烧烤,味道普通~

 
这是另一绝对不能错过的越南滴漏咖啡,使用特殊的杯具让水蒸气润湿顶部的咖啡粉,然后滴回杯里,凝聚成超浓缩的咖啡,是提神圣品!
