House of Specialty Pan Mee (Dry) OK Oct 14, 2013
Share on TwitterShare on Facebook
Categories : Chinese | Restaurant | Noodles

Having lunch with my friend today at Face to Face Jalan Ipoh Batu 3.
Face to Face has quite of number of outlets in Klang Valley area.
The shop interior design is simple and neat.

House of Specialty Pan Mee (Dry)
There has various noodle type selection to choose like Thick, Thin , Pinch or Mee Sua.
It a homemade noodle serve with mince meat, anchovies, and sunny side up eggs on top of the noodle.
After mixed up all together the noodle are sticky.
Taste wise the noodle are smoother and to add more spiciness taste add in with their chili flake.

Categories : Chinese | Stall / Warung

Economy rice is also commonly referred to as chap fan or mixed rice.
This economical rice stall owner named Ah Weng is very friendly to every customer.
It was always packed with people during lunch time. Most of the time the dishes are finish at 2pm.
The food is freshly prepared with care and the prices are cheap.
All the dishes drooling and unable to decide what to get.
Apart of mixed rice, it also sell Roast Rice like Roast chicken,BBQ Pork (cha siew), Roast Pork (siu yuk).
You also can add on the Roast meat in.
My favorite dishes at the stall are the - Curry Pork Ribs (The meat are soft and tender and also the curry are flavorful),Hakka Pork with fungus, and also the Roast Pork (The skin are crispy and meat are tender).

Categories : Chinese | Restaurant | Yong Tau Fu

Hakka Yong Tau Foo is famous in Ampang. It located at Jalan Merdeka, Kampung Baru Ampang.
Ampang Homeland Yong Tau Foo is the one place sells delicious Yong Tau Foo where one of the three famous restaurant in a row at the street.

The menu look simple but has an extensive list of choices with stuffed vegetable, fried fritters
Apart from Yong Tau Foo, it also sells some traditional Hakka dishes like Pork with black fungus, Pork with Vinegar and some vegetable.
All the vegetable or fried fritters are stuffed with fish paste.
We have ordered mix all the stuffed vegetable, fried fritter and Pandan Chicken Wing.

Mixed Yong Tau Foo
The ingredient serve are fresh and every piece stuffed item are stuffy and big portion.
The soup are good not to much of MSG.

Fried fritter
It was crispy , fresh filling inside and wont feel greasy.
The crispiness is addictive and it hard to refuse have more of it.

Pandan Chicken Wing
The Chicken Wing are well marinated and has fragrant smell of the Pandan (Screwpine) leave.
It was crispy and juicy with the aromatic Pandan flavor.

And don't forget dipping their own sweet sauce and chili sauce to add more flavorful for the taste.

Gangnam Korea BBQ - Pork Set  Cry Oct 13, 2013
Share on TwitterShare on Facebook
Categories : Korean | Restaurant | BBQ

It located in Low Yat Plaza at Lower Ground Floor. It easily to spot the restaurant with cute PSY cartoon character wearing chef attire with doing horse galloping dance (Oppa Gangnam Style).

The restaurant with has simple interior design with 2 section which non-smoking area with air conditioning or smoking area at outdoor side.
The inside restaurant has attract me are the cute chalkboard drawing to welcome the guest and the large screen flat TV inside. It enjoy watching the Korean show while eating.

We ordered their pork set for 2 person (RM43.90++) which come with 1 choice of pork [Samgyeobsal (Grilled pork belly) / DeaPeaSamgyeobsal (Slice grilled pork belly) / Moksal (Grilled pork shoulder)] + Soup Doenjang Guk (Soybean paste Soup) + Korean Steamed Egg + Vegetable & Banchan (Side Dishes) + Green Tea

Here is the pot of Green Tea

Banchan (side dishes)
It only serve 3 side dishes (Cabbage kimchi, Cucumber Kimchi and anchovies peanut). The side dish not so flavorful taste for me.

The vegetable serve here are fresh.

Samgyeobsal (Grilled pork belly)
The pork belly serve are fresh but the meat was slice too thin.
It was quite disappointing cause cant have the meaty taste and texture.
The portion given was too small for 2 person.

Korean Steamed Egg
The taste was just so so only

Doenjang Guk (Soybean paste Soup)
It was taste salty for me.

The environment of the restaurant is good, service staff is okay but the food serve are quite disappointing.
Still need more room of improvement with the food taste.

Categories : Korean | Restaurant | Buffet | Seafood

This cute little round shape name "Squeezit".
It a new Japanese dessert originating from Hokkaido Japan.
It made from 100 % fruit extract and without any artificial flavoring.

There are 11 flavours offering Chocolate, Mango, Strawberry, Wild Berries, Premium Hazelnut Chocolate, Premium Banana, Premium Raspberry, Vanilla, Green Tea, Cherry and Premium Yoghurt.

You can "massage" the squeezit to made it soft.

It was pretty interesting with it.
Have a small cutting at the tip part. Once cut, the frosty will flown out non stop.
Just continue sucking it and squeeze it to finish up as quickly as possible.
The frosty is smooth and not to sweet with it.
The most i love are the Mango, Green Tea and Premium Hazelnut Chocolate tongue

It can be try at Saisaki and Shogun Express selling price at Rm5.90 or Rm6.90.
It also available in the market soon at Aeon Big Mid Valley and Jaya One.
