This stall is located at Food Republic Pavillion.
It selling Hot Sizzling Plate Noodle and Rice. Apart of that it also sell the Portuguese grilled Fish or Seafood like prawn,squid or clam (lala).Portuguese grilled string Ray with rice.
It wrapped with the aluminium foil and grill it till cooked.
Once done, it will opened the above part and smell are good.
The stingray is fresh and savoury.
The sauce are okay not so spicy for me but it still good eat with the rice.

De Prawn Mee
Feel quite disappointing with this, It take long time to serve and the food presentation are not like we had prawn mee at outside. When it serve the soup are spill out cause the soup are too full in the bowl .
The soup taste are similar like instant prawn noodle seasoning and it also with the fried egg instead of hard boiled eggs which like not match with it .

Express Teppanyaki is located around Food Republic at Pavillion.
It offer variety of meat, poultry, fish and seafood.
The set menus consisting of a teppan meat, bean sprout , vegetable, rice and soup.
All the diner are sit around the iron plate and get enjoying the chef prepare the food.Have ordered the Sirloin Steak Teppanyaki where the staff recommend.
After placing your ordered, the chef will place a piece aluminium foil in front to put the meat and vegetables.
The meat are tender and taste flavorful. I like the sauce there using and it really goes well with rice

Hui Lau Shan is one if the famous dessert shop in Hong Kong.
Most in the menu are selling dessert using mango.
Apart from dessert , Hui Lau Shan also selling some snacks.We have ordered the Signature Curry Combo.
It consist of cuttlefish, fish balls,dried bean curd (Tau fu pok) and white radish.
The curry gravy was spicy and quite flavorful taste.
The cuttlefish is tender,fish balls springy and the radish are juicy.

It using 100% extra virgin olive oil with herbs and spice served with chili and sliced chicken bacon.
The spaghetti are not oily and the taste are good with a bit spicy.
It also served with generous portionChicken Parmigiana
The mozzarella and parmesan cheese melt over the breaded chicken with the tomato sauce.
It comes along with chips and coleslaw.
The chicken is a bit hard maybe too much batter and the sauce on top are similar like pizza sauce.
