很喜欢ucle chong的nasi lemak!大大一叠,而且配菜也不少!!
有rendang鸡腿,sambal虾,青瓜片,鸡蛋,江鱼仔花生,当然少不了的就是sambal酱.....
最想赞的就是rendang酱汁给很多,我是个爱用酱汁捞饭吃的人,所以觉得很不错!!

又一心头好!还是要赞Uncle Chong好功夫!锅气够,味道好,也不油腻!
我经常吃到油腻腻的炒米粉,当吃完米粉后,整层的油就躺在底下。
油腻程度真的吓死人!!那油多到可以拿来炒菜了!!
这啦啦炒米粉,啦啦不算少,不过....就有点小和干。
这对我来说OK啦!我其实比较注重味道.....

这扬州炒饭简直是我的最爱!!
里面的材料有虾仁、青豆、鱼饼和蛋。
由于Uncle Chong功夫到家,锅气很足。
加上椰油加持,这扬州炒饭真的超好吃超香,而且超特别!
别的地方应该吃不到这么特别的椰味扬州炒饭。
推荐!!推荐!!

p/s:不过这应该是Uncle Chong专为Makan Ventures特别炒的,因为我第二次到访再order这扬州炒饭时是没有椰味的。
对这么特别的椰味扬州炒饭有兴趣的人,或者可以询问一下他们。

这葡萄牙式烤魔鬼鱼的辣酱有着较浓的椰浆味,
而且伴随很多的洋葱和羊角豆....
烤后的魔鬼鱼肉质嫩滑新鲜。
总的来说..........由于本人对洋葱不是很喜欢,
所以.........试试味道就好了...... tonguetonguetonguetonguetongue

这河粉材料有虾仁和鸡肉,加上韭菜和炸洋葱提味。
看似普通一碗怡保河粉,其实.....它......还是普通一碗怡保河粉!tonguetonguetongue
只不过很喜欢它汤头的清甜,吃了后不会觉得口渴。
口渴?!就是味精太多的原因啊!所以....该明白我的意思了吧?!
