猪颈肉肉质嫩滑,所以就算碳烤吃起来也不会“老”,不会硬。
厨师将猪头都腌制好,然后在炭火上烤香。
烤好后附上薄荷叶,一起酌着吃,味道清新....
没有吃过这样的搭配,还蛮特别一下......
不过由于之前几道都是很重口味的,这道清新的菜在重口味之后,
所以显得好像不够味,但是多喝几口茶冲淡了之前的重口味后再吃这菜,
这菜还是很不错滴....薄荷香+啖啖肉.....下次有机会会再试试!

老板娘今天给了我们两种鱼饼。
图片上左边的鱼饼是有加入了香茅的,个人很喜欢香茅的味道,所以我觉得不错吃。
图片上右边的不很清楚,估计应该是加入了芋头的,味道也不错吃。
喜欢吃这类小吃的可以试试....

也是很大一煲!
这家餐馆的菜,分量真的不一般,两个人来吃的话2道菜都已经足够了,
3道的话可以捧着大肚子回家了。哈哈哈!
说回这道菜。对我来说螃蟹只是配角,冬粉才是主角。
因为冬粉吸收了所有调味料和螃蟹的味道,冬粉才是精华啊~~~~

超级大一煲,而且用料十足!
满满一整锅的鱼漂,还有那汤匙般大小的干贝和大虾!!
味道呢就比较中式一点,这不辣,很适合一家大小。
无论如何,只是论这一大煲的好料,就已经很值得了....

很大一煲!!超多汁的....喜欢酱汁捞饭的人看了这一煲会很开心!哈哈哈!
这道菜很辣(对于不嗜辣的我来说),而且绿咖喱不是我的“菜”,所以也没怎样细细品尝。
只记得里面有茄子、红辣椒和主角-鸡。tongue
