这麻婆豆腐.....
不像传统的麻婆豆腐!!
他们的麻婆豆腐我没吃到花椒(麻辣味来源),
吃到的是很辣的指天椒!!
整体来说虽然很辣,但是味道也还是不错的......
只是....奇怪!有鸡肉吗??怎么感觉好像没吃到鸡肉??shockedshocked

据我所知,斗底昌鱼要在450g-600g之间的,肉质才是最好最滑的!!
这间餐馆所提供的刚好就是600g,不大也不小,size刚刚好!!
而且要清蒸的话,新鲜鱼才是上选,不新鲜的话会有腥味哦!!
当然,有好的斗底昌鱼没有好厨师也是徒然的...
清蒸鱼,看起来很简单,其实很考厨艺呢!
蒸太久,再嫩的鱼都会变“老”.....
我们这次吃的,鱼蒸得也刚刚好,所以很嫩很滑,而且很新鲜,没腥味。
不过味道不怎么合我胃口,或者其他的煮法会比较适合我。

这道椒盐鸡翅和我知道的“椒盐”煮法有很大的出入,
外表和味道都大不相同。
不过这里的椒盐鸡翅很特别也好吃。
鸡翅膀是腌制过后拿去炸至外表酥脆而里面是软的。
然后撒上了一层葱头、蒜米酥还有辣椒。
很奇怪!葱头酥和蒜米酥看起来这么的深色!
原本以为会苦的,怎知道却不会!吃起来很过瘾很好吃!!
还有人打包了这些葱头蒜米酥回家呢!!
整体来说,味道是很特别,也好吃。
只不过,由于全部都是炸过的,所以觉得有点干。

这葡萄牙式烤魔鬼鱼的辣酱有着较浓的椰浆味,
而且伴随很多的洋葱和羊角豆....
烤后的魔鬼鱼肉质嫩滑新鲜。
总的来说..........由于本人对洋葱不是很喜欢,
所以.........试试味道就好了...... tonguetonguetonguetonguetongue

这个.....也是用印尼黑果炒的,他们自己研制的菜式。
和黑果秋葵一样,我啊!真的吃不出那个黑果的味道......
没认真的慢嚼细嚼,真的很可惜!
还是那句,毕竟花了很长一段时间处理过才能吃的,
应该和河豚一样珍贵!!
下次吧!下次再去品尝娘惹餐中著名的Ayam keluak!
或者就能吃出印尼黑果的味道了.....
