这600g重石甲鱼,经过酥炸后铺上阿叁酱汁和伴着洋葱,灯笼椒,番茄和羊角豆。
干身的阿叁鱼我还是第一次吃呢!!
味道是还ok啦!只不过觉得味道好像..........出不来。
怎么说呢??可能是酸度还不够吧!!
不过味道真的算是ok的!

新加坡驰名的辣椒蟹,这里也有得吃,但是味道地道没就不知道了,
因为这也是我第一次吃新加坡辣椒蟹。
味道和甜酸(sweet & sour)的味道有点像!
但是酸甜煮法的味道比较着重于酸甜味,就是比较酸比较甜。
而这辣椒螃蟹是很温和的酸甜还有小辣,应该说吃到辣椒的时候才会很辣吧!
这样不是太重的酸辣甜味,反而特出了螃蟹的鲜甜。
总的来说,味道很不错,而且他们给的酱汁也很多,
除了可以让喜欢酱汁捞饭的人捞饭,还能拿面包或馒头蘸着来吃。
真的不错!不错!

港式避风塘炒蟹是香港有名的菜式,我才第一次吃呢,如果不算那个椒盐鸡翅的话!
怎么这么说????
就..............因为味道口感和外表就一模一样啊!!
唯一不同的就是这个是螃蟹,那个是鸡翅,还有那个是用辣椒,这个是用指天椒!!
说到螃蟹,这餐馆用的都是斯里兰卡青蟹,还是很大一只(XXL)!!
肉很多,肉质扎实,又新鲜,很鲜甜美味~~

这河粉材料有虾仁和鸡肉,加上韭菜和炸洋葱提味。
看似普通一碗怡保河粉,其实.....它......还是普通一碗怡保河粉!tonguetonguetongue
只不过很喜欢它汤头的清甜,吃了后不会觉得口渴。
口渴?!就是味精太多的原因啊!所以....该明白我的意思了吧?!

咖喱面是Uncle Chong's Kitchen 招聘菜之一。
很大一碗,里面有蛤蜊(siham),豆腐卜,虾仁、鸡肉块、芽菜和薄荷叶。
这咖喱面很好味,不会太辣,椰浆也不会说过于浓稠,味道适中!
至于油腻....我是觉得还好啦!!
