客家酿豆腐。。。
老板看到我们几个为了等另外几个迟到的人全部都显得很饿了。(因为我们都一直在闻着其他座的食客的肉骨茶香味!)这道菜虽然不是很特别,但是却被我们一座人全部一扫而空!可能是在饿肚子的关系吧。。。

肉骨茶的另一種吃法 ─ 生骨煲。。。

一般上,為了熬煮湯汁,肉骨茶的豬肉都會比較干,但生骨就不同,因是要吃時才煮,湯汁煮好后就上桌,也因為不需要用豬肉熬湯,所以能讓肉保持最好的口感,湯汁也因為融入部分肉汁,而變得更加美味清甜。

如果是愛吃肉骨茶的朋友,就一定要點生骨煲,絕對是另一種更深的豬肉味覺體驗。

生骨煲一般都得预定,因为它是现煮的,据说需要30~45分钟来煮,然后会加很多的蒜粒和生骨枝等。

突然闻到很香的虾米味从后面飘来!好香哦~~~原来老板亲自送上了一道,“食香味具全之~~豆角饭!!” Yummy,吃了好想再加多一碗!因为实在太美味了。。。。。
老板有介绍说这道豆角饭每天只煮特定的份量,因为需要很才的时间来准备。通常很快就卖完的,今天老板特地留几碗给我们“开饭囖!!” 谢谢老板 - Mr.Tham!!

叉烧云吞面~
这云吞面还蛮好吃,不像外面卖的那种,这里的比较幼细和有嚼劲。
至于叉烧方面,可能面食会比较有油,捞面的酱汁可能也加了油,
所以店家会给比较少脂肪层的叉烧,但是放心,这比较少脂肪层的叉烧不会干铮铮的感觉...

这拼盘有四种烧腊:叉烧,烧肉,烧鸭还有烧鸡。
随着这拼盘,店家会附上一碗叉烧汁。
这叉烧汁真的不能小觑,就算我是最爱的烧腊店,叉烧汁都比这间店的逊色。
这间烧味店的叉烧汁真的赞!不会太甜不会太咸而且香气四溢!

 
烧鸭&烧鸡,味道很好很入味,而且肉质也不会甘铮铮,还很多汁呢!!

 
烧肉,也是肥瘦适中,而且皮很脆!也很够味!

 
叉烧,肥瘦刚刚好,就如黯然叉烧饭的一样,是真的好吃!
