这道椒盐鸡翅和我知道的“椒盐”煮法有很大的出入,
外表和味道都大不相同。
不过这里的椒盐鸡翅很特别也好吃。
鸡翅膀是腌制过后拿去炸至外表酥脆而里面是软的。
然后撒上了一层葱头、蒜米酥还有辣椒。
很奇怪!葱头酥和蒜米酥看起来这么的深色!
原本以为会苦的,怎知道却不会!吃起来很过瘾很好吃!!
还有人打包了这些葱头蒜米酥回家呢!!
整体来说,味道是很特别,也好吃。
只不过,由于全部都是炸过的,所以觉得有点干。

这道蟹皇鱼翅真的很正!!吃过的人没有一个是不赞的!!
光看外表,都已经看到满满的蟹肉和鱼翅了!
还有就是蟹膏!!印象中.....好像没吃过有这么多蟹膏的蟹黄鱼翅呢!!
总之,每一汤匙都是啖啖肉,真的是很足料!!
说到味道,真的此菜只应天上有,人间难得几回闻??
一流!!味道很浓郁很够味,只是这样吃也觉得很好吃!!
加了浙醋后又别有一番味道,可以说味道也更鲜甜了。

衷心的推荐这道蟹黄鱼翅给大家!!真的很不错!!不吃真的很可惜!!

食过返寻味~~~
Makan Ventures过后几天,带着老婆孩子,我们又到了Uncle Chong's Kitchen享用午餐。
老婆想再试试Nasi Lemak,我也对那椰味扬州炒饭情有独钟。
另外,我们还点了这道星洲米粉。

这星洲米粉真的很好料很多料。
里面有虾仁、sotong、鸡肉、比较多的洋葱、芽菜、还有韭菜和辣椒丝。
想说Uncle Chong炒面食真的很有一手!米粉口感适中,最重要!一点都不油腻,而且味道很正!!
现在想起都垂涎呢!!

Uncle Chong的这道pattaya fried rice和马来档的nasi pattaya不一样!
呵呵~~马来档的是蛋包饭,uncle chong的是没有用蛋包着饭的。lol
这pattaya炒饭和扬州炒饭有点相似,当然就少了椰味。
至于材料,记得有青豆,玉米粒,和鱼饼粒。

很喜欢ucle chong的nasi lemak!大大一叠,而且配菜也不少!!
有rendang鸡腿,sambal虾,青瓜片,鸡蛋,江鱼仔花生,当然少不了的就是sambal酱.....
最想赞的就是rendang酱汁给很多,我是个爱用酱汁捞饭吃的人,所以觉得很不错!!
