这是side order。
鱼肉片,老板说这是dolly鱼,鱼肉质感超软滑的。

 
这是田鸡!当然也是side order的..... tongue

 
还有就是猪肉片!这猪肉片不是机器切片的,而是人工切片,所以薄厚是不一致的,口感也比较丰富。

好啦!用以上的三种食材,我们就可以煮出美味的.........
鱼片粥、田鸡粥和猪肉片粥了!!
不对!还有!加个鸡蛋下去就变成了蛋花粥,只是加海鲜就变成海鲜粥!!shockedshocked

是不是很棒很好玩???
不过玩归玩,味道可不是玩的,是很不错滴!!!

这家生锅店看起来就和普通生锅店一样,
但是.......
吃的可不一般哦!!还很好玩呢!!

 

 
首先,我们先来一盘生锅料。
蔬菜,玉米,鱼肉片,鱼肉面,鱼丸,炸腐皮,
肉丸,菜肉丸,鱼皮馄饨,虾,发水鱿鱼,蟹柳
鹌鹑蛋,鸡蛋,伊面,米粉等等.....

再来!就是汤底了!
我们有粥底和清汤。
他们家粥底真的很好味,加上生锅料蔬菜肉类的加持...
哇塞!那粥真的是极品啊!!
哦哦!!最重要的还没说!!
老板说他对味精敏感(或是反感 ?),所以他们都很少用味精。
的确!我们都觉得是没味精啦~~~

这扣肉拉面的汤底应该是和排骨拉面一样的,配料也是海带、木耳。
所以就还是一样的好味!!
不过.....主角却换了是扣肉。
这扣肉肥瘦均匀,不会太肥或太瘦,加上长时间炖煮,
整个就是入口即化!正!!

这道红烧排骨拉面的大汤(汤底)听说是熬了一整天的呢!!
是用猪大骨还有鸡(如没记错)来熬的!
味道感觉有一点点像是日本味噌汤。
排骨方面真的软,夹起来就“骨肉分离”了.....
面方面爽口弹牙,真的不错吃.....

这道盐酥鸡,裹的炸粉不会很厚,
但是外面还是酥脆,而内里却是软嫩,蛮喜欢这口感。
不过味道方面,或者个人比较喜欢重口味一点,
而这盐酥鸡的调味方面对我来说是淡了一点点。
不过和着九层塔(basil leaves)一起吃,整体来说还是很不错的!!
