TGI Friday's
Whenever the last day of the week arrives, everybody will be shouting "Thank God, It's Friday!" (TGIF). If you are a fan of western style dining, you should have heard of TGI Friday's. Popular for their Tennessee steak, ribs and gigantic burgers, it is also a hangout place to relax and have a few boozes with some friends.
Tennessee Chicken & Shrimp
I was there on a Sunday afternoon; while going through the menu, the rebelious side got the better of me. Instead of ordering their famous main dish, I reside to order their Tennessee Chicken & Shrimp. It is served with juicy fire-grilled chicken breast drizzled with Tennessee sauce and some crispy Cajun-spiced fried shrimp with more sauce for dipping, cheddar cheese mashed potatoes and seasonal vegetables. To my surprise, everything mixed well. The chicken breast is tender and juicy and it goes well with the buttery mashed potatoes. The fried shrimps goes well with their sourish sauce as well. Actually I am not disappointed but glad that I order this wonderful dish. Oh, you don't need to be there on Friday to truly enjoy it. Charcoal Stove
When you talk about korean restaurant, nothing can beat "Seoul Korea". With so many choices of Korean restaurants around, its no surprise to me that they had the best korean food in town. Moreover, their price of food is truly reasonable. A "+" for them.
Marinated beef and kimchi soup
The marination of the beef by Seoul Korea was absolutely top class, as it is juicy and succulent. The kimichi soup was to perfection. Sourish and spicy, heaven to the taste buds. Time was not on my side, so I did not try the more popular 'Hae-Mul Kimchie-Jeon' (Korean Style Seafood Kimchi Pancake). Before the end, there is complimentary watermelon and bottle of ginger drink. I will definitely go back to this place again. Date of Visit: Sep 01, 2011 Other Ratings:Taste 5 | Environment 3 | Service 3 | Clean 4 | Value for Money 4Recommend 0 |

Padi House, located at the newly completed shophouses in Sri Petaling with an open-air concept cafe providing a comfortable setting and offering fusion food, pasta, eastern cuisine, western grilled, fried noodles, rice and desserts. Started off with the Potato Wedges I ordered before the main dish. It is crispy on the outside and soft in the inside and it melts in your mouth. Not to mention, it is hot! Freshly deep fried.
Pasta de Pesto with Grilled Chicken
Now comes to the best part. Their famous Pasta De Pesto with Grilled Chicken. At first look, it seems normal but when you take the first bite, you will be amazed by the taste of the spinach and herbs covering the spaghetti. Eaten together with the grilled chicken; golden brown skin with tender meat, it really blends well in your mouth. A must try for spaghetti lovers out there. Their price is affordable too. A great place for group and family dining. Italiannies Pasta Pizza & Vino
Italiannies environment is very italian, nicely decorated completed with wooden furniture and panels as well as dimmed lightings with well-mannered waiters.
Italiannies Lamb Shank
The well-known Italiannies Lamb Shank; braised lamb shank with a medley of herbs and served with garlic mashed potatoes and brown sauce. Just cook to perfection. The meat is juicy and tender and it really mixed well with the sauce. The mashed potatoes is smooth and buttery and it goes well with the garlic. Did I mention that the portion is quite large? I never enjoyed as much as this; it really fills up my craving.
Fettuccine Amatriciana
What can I say about the Fettuccine Amatriciana? Well, the Fettuccine pasta is tossed with beef bacon, black olives, chili and onions with tomato sauce and I found that it is somewhat normal, the tomato puree is a bit tad too sourish for my liking and the fettuccine is quite dry and to be fair, only the bacon is worth the praise. Not to be harsh but this dish seems normal.
