Claypot Pork Ribs Cry Sep 29, 2013   (Related Review)

Claypot Pork Ribs. The claypot pork ribs were served hot and it still had some sizzling when it was served to us. The outlook of this dish does look nice but the moment I took the first bite, it was really disappointing. The meat was not tender enough, and the pork smell was so strong. Due to this strong pork smell, it turned my appetite off for this dish. We did not finish it.

Black pepper escargots Smile Sep 29, 2013

Black pepper escargots. The dish consisted of baby corns, green peppers, onions and celery. I am not a fan of celery but since it was masked with the black pepper, I did take it. The black pepper taste was strong and peppery spicy. The escargots were cut into small pieces and they were quite chewy. The bell peppers were crunchy and it blended with the dish quite well.

Honey Lemon Ice OK Sep 29, 2013   (Related Review)

Honey Lemon Ice. One weekday night, I did not have home cooked dinner, so for convenient sake, I went to this Taiwan Noodle House for dinner. The restaurant was quite empty on a weekday night and I decided to go for its noodle soup. Also, I ordered the honey lemon ice since my bowl of noodle was spicy. The drink has a little bit of honey that gave its sweetness while the lemon gave the drink a tanginess.

Pork Chop Beef Soup Noodles OK Sep 29, 2013

Pork Chop Beef Soup Noodles. I am a fan of its deep fried pork chop, so that day I decided to order a different noodle but with the same pork chop too - Pork Chop Beef Soup Noodles. The beef soup was fiery red in color and indeed it was quite spicy and oily due to the massive amount of chili oil. It was salty too, thus I could not drink the soup. The minced meat with spring onions were good.

Mixed vegetables Ramen. This place is dimmed lit and it is not so clean as the building is quite an old building. This place offer a mixture of Chinese dishes with some Japanese dishes. Apart from its signature Tenka Daiichi ramen, they do offer other ramens as well such as this mixed vegetables ramen. The soup was thick and quite salty. It has mixed vegetables in it.
