If you are a Subang-er, you probably know the fact that many people don't mind lining up no matter under rain or shine, just to have a plate of this indian rojak. If you're not a Subang-er, the stall is actually located near KFC, the really famous fruits shops and also Subang Square. Without fail, every time we pass there, no matter what day, there is always a really long line at this indian rojak shop. I am really not over exaggerating! You don't believe it, go see it for yourself.I ordered the Indian Rojak with additional Sotong and Telur (Squids and Egg) [RM4.50]. In that one plate, it contains fried dough fritters, bean curds, prawn fritters, some additional indian fried thing that we are not so sure what it's called , hard boiled eggs, shredded cucumber and turnip and top it off with some amazing sweet and a little spicy peanut sauce.

If you really ask my opinion, the rojak is really so good! There are no words that could describe how good the rojak is. The fried items were so crunchy and crispy and the sauce had the right balance of sweet and spicyness. And the sauce really blend so well with the other stuffs.

Hot Star isn't the first shop to introduce Malaysia the Taiwanese Large Fried Chicken. But it is actually the first shop that we have come across that only specializes on fried chicken. Most of the other Taiwanese shop sell other food like rice and mee sua, but Hot Star doesn't! Think of it like a Taiwanese version of KFC. This is their Hot Star BBQ Large Fried Chicken [RM7.90]. f you prefer something a little sweet and salty, we suggest you for their BBQ large fried chicken. It's really really good! Their fried chicken is not oily at all, and the ratio between the flour and chicken is appropriate, so that's a good thing. And their fried chicken is really meaty and not boney! Very very good! yum yum.

Lots actually specializes on healthy drinks like juices and green tea. Besides that, they also have a few selection of pasta and pizza to choose from. All their drinks have no preservatives and they're all fresh. Especially their juices. They blend right on the spot when you order.I love green tea flavored stuff so i tried their green tea ice cream. The ice cream is really creamy and smooth. Not overly sweet and not bitter at all! Some green tea ice cream are bitter, but this isn't! Very recommended! The cone is very smilier like those served in Mcdonalds.This cup is their Green Tea Banana and Lemon Juice [RM5.90], which was on discount on that day. The original price is RM7.90. I got to save RM2! Hehehe Actually, they were giving out free sample for passer-bys to drink, and we tasted. It wasn't that bad, and we decided to order a cup for ourselves. This juice is really fresh and we think they didn't add additional sugar, so it's really healthy. Not only that, green tea is packed with a lot of health benefits along with banana. But the banana taste was really strong in this drink. They have other flavored green tea juices.

Many bloggers have blogged about this Pepper Lunch shop. Since everyone was giving such good reviews about it, I decided to give it a try. Pepper Lunch is actually a DIY [Do It Yourself] teppan restaurant where they serve all their food on a teppan plate and their customer get to cook themselves according to their desire. Pepper Lunch is a popular franchise in Tokyo, Japan itself. And as of now, they have spread their food to many parts of the world such as Australia, Singapore and our country, Malaysia.

Their menu provides a wide range of selections. Mostly, it's rice or pasta with a selection of your choice of what meat you want. They have chicken, beef, fish and seafood. No Pork, sadly hahaha. But they are actually specialize in their beef dishes which we can't try because we both don't eat beef. But for people like us, don't worry! There are other dishes we can try, which I can guarantee are equally good! This were having their Pepper Rice Fever which says that some selected dish were on discount. I decided to choose their Chicken Pepper Lunch [RM13+] with a choice of drink or soup. Their chicken pepper lunch consist of a bowl of steam rice topped with some corns and some pepper and spicy and at the side of it there are slices of chicken. A slice of delicious margarine is also hid inside the rice to give the rice more taste.

Overall, what I had was really good. It wasn't overly salty or anything. Just the right amount of seasoning! The juicy chicken slices went really well with their steam rice and steam corn. When the food is cooking, makes your saliva drip drip. Because it really smells so good. But one bad thing about Pepper Lunch, it's the price. The price is a bit on the high side. So we probably I wouldn't go there so often. Other than that, eveything is good. It's a self service kind of thing, but the people working there are really friendly!

The Chocolate Fondue set is divided into three parts. The picture above shows the first part. The first park consist mostly of the dry items. Starting from the far left corner is the yellow sponge cake, a bowl of chopped peanuts (acts as a topping), chocolate chips cookies, and chocolate flavored love letters. The cake was not that good. Everything besides the cake tasted good This is the second section which I will like to call the Ice Cream Wonderland! They provided us with four different flavors of ice cream which are vanilla, strawberry, cookies & cream and lastly, chocolate. Each flavor comes with four mini scoops. Haagan Dazs ice cream is really good. Very smooth and creamy and not overly sweet. But their strawberry flavored ice cream tasted the sweetest among all. Hot chocolate sauce with icey cold ice cream has got to be the best combination in the world!

But one bad thing about their ice cream is that, they melt extremely fast. And we didn't had enough time to enjoy the taste of the ice cream. We were too busy trying to stuff all the ice cream down our throat because it was melting thanks to our Malaysian weather. They should put some dry ice below the ice cream, so they wouldn't melt so fast. This is the bird eyes view of the Chocolate Fondue. I think it's supposed to be for 4-5 pax.
