The branch here in Sunway Pyramid is quite big and the staff are pretty alright. We were not here during meal hours so it was empty but food still took a while to reach. A staple order for me at Japanese places, the salmon sashimi was fresh and did not have the slightest fishy smell. The slices are thick and juicy. Squeeze in some lemon juice to add some tanginess to the wasabi-shoyu taste.

One of my regular orders from Chatime is their signature Pearl Milk Tea. I had this with less sugar though as they tend to be quite sweet. The tea taste is very strong and the pearls are chewy without being too mushy. I tried the Strawberry Au Liat once and it was incredibly sweet! It is a favourite of many girls though. I also did not favour the red bean green tea even though it's one of the best sellers. The reason I kept returning to this outlet is because the staff (the old man and his wife) are extremely friendly and they make my trip better.

This Starbucks outlet is VERY popular among the students. Walk past it anytime and it's constantly packed with students having a cuppa. Students may opt for the air conditioned inside or seats outside (for smokers). It's a great place to surf, study or simply enjoy some drinks. The service here is excellent, the staff are always cheerful and it's clean. I asked for my caramel latte to be just moderately warm as the usual ones always burn my tongue and it was just perfect. I could finally enjoy the creamy sweet latte that is packed full of coffee goodness. It's quite thick and didn't taste diluted at all.

First of all, I must say that the ground floor of this outlet is pretty small.. The seats in front of the counter are pretty awkward too since many people walk past and could brush against you. Thankfully, there are still seats upstairs but the outdoor ones are awfully hot! Service is good but it isn't exactly clean (nobody cleaned the table upstairs). Thankfully, the coffee couldn't go wrong. The caramel latte wasn't too sweet and was strong with coffee aroma. Frappuccino was at half price too!

These soft-bake Subway cookies are a convenient snack as I can easily bring them into class to nibble on if I don't have time for a proper lunch. Believe me, these cookies are very filling! They are bigger than regular cookies anyway. There are 4 types to choose from : Double Chocolate, Chocolate Chip, White Chocolate with Macadamia and Oatmeal. My favourites are the first two as they're heavy in chocolatey taste and there are huge chunks of melting chocolate in them! The white chocolate one appeared to be just 'sweet' to me. Hence, I did not really fancy it.

I can't really comment on the service as their staff constantly changes.
