Dropped by here for a quick drink one day. It was past lunch time so the shop was quite empty. Staff are very polite and there are plenty of seats. I ordered a glass of soya cincau and it arrived like this. Big chunky cincau with a thin straw and no spoon. How was I supposed to drink this? It took the waitress a while to realize her mistake. The drink itself was alright.. Didn't taste like normal soya cincau, like it had a hint of gula Melaka or something. Tad bit too sweet for my liking.

My favourite drink here is definitely their Grape Yogurt with Aloe Vera! I love to add in Shiro Balls / white pearls as well. Strange that I cannot replace the aloe vera with white pearls though. I have previously tried their vanilla mille crepe and loved it so much, I went back for a taste of the mango variant, which costs slightly more. Sadly, it didn't taste as good and the cake wasn't as smooth.

We all know that a good mamak is the perfect place to hang out here in Malaysia! There IS another mamak in Taylor's but this one has a more 'authentic feel' to it. Service is not awesome due to the number of customers but food arrives quite fast. My Maggi goreng was in a reasonable portion and tasted good (love it with more lime!) but the 'teh tarik' tasted like regular teh ais and there wasn't any foam in it at all! In fact, another drink my friend ordered tasted like teh ais as well.

Getting more and more addicted to this White Coffee here! It's served hot with a layer of foam on top. Not too sweet, with the perfect amount of taste (not the watered down kind!). At RM 3.80, it is pretty affordable and you don't even have to pay for tax if you takeaway a cup. However, I wouldn't recommend the other drinks here..They have this 'handphone charging box' which is quite cool. Several power sockets are available around the shop but most of these are not functioning anymore Wi-Fi is okay and quite usable but sometimes it doesn't work.

This place is quite popular among the students here at Taylor's Lakeside campus. The nasi lemak sambal sotong is one of my top orders. The dish is fragrant, the sambal is not too spicy, ikan bilis is crunchy and cucumber slices are fresh. There was once that the sambal sotong was weird though. Cooked sotong was placed on the dish and sambal poured over it. The sotong was not already in sambal so it was quite tasteless.
