Delicious smoothies Smile Jul 30, 2012   (Related Review)

Nothing like a cool drink to quench your thirst on a hot day..

I expected their Strawberry Smoothie to taste like the artificial strawberries I'm so used to but to my surprise, there were chunks of strawberries inside and it tasted like REAL strawberries. It was fresh and not too sweet.

The Icy Lychee is absolute love!! I have this thing for lychee drinks and it's not very common to find them so I was glad they have it. Imagine cold sweet juicy lychees but in the form of a drink!

The green drink next to it is some kinda mint drink which tastes awesome. Just like After Eight chocolates. Cool & minty is just perfect for our Malaysian weather.

Dessert Smile Jul 29, 2012

My friend said this is the best dessert she has ever tried in her life. Unfortunately, I cannot recall the name of this lovely dessert sad It's sweet but not overwhelmingly sweet. It is topped with many fruits (strawberries, lychees and blueberries) and has various textures, ranging from hard to soft. The strawberries lend a sweet and sour flavour while the lychees are really big, fat and juicy. A sweet and refreshing dessert.

Chuka Kurage Smile Jul 27, 2012   (Related Review)

Another favourite of mine at Japanese places. I always order the Chuka Kurage which is seasoned jellyfish. One serving is never enough and I end up ordering a few! Yes, that's how good they are. The jellyfish is thick & 'crunchy' but soft and very well seasoned. It is salty, a little spicy and sprinkled with sesame seeds.

When they're busy, sometimes they leave out the garnishing.

Fish pie Smile Jul 25, 2012   (Related Review)

One of the main courses of the night : fish pie. Was a bit squirmish about this as I've never heard of fish pie before, only chicken pie. But it turned out to be really good. The fish was not at all fishy and the pie was cooked to soft perfection with a crispy outside. It's full of taste and was well complimented by the sides : (clockwise from fish pie) creamy mashed potato, salad, mustard, slightly pickled cherry tomatoes, sauce and sauteed mushroom. All of this was very good, especially the potato and mushroom. Loved the sauce they use on their salad. Not too sure but tasted of olive oil, vinegar and others.

Pork knuckles Smile Jul 18, 2012   (Related Review)

Big plate of pork knuckles, meant for 2 people. It was priced at about RM 60+. This came with salad, quarter baked potato, mashed potato and pickles. The mashed potato was really creamy and smooth while the salad was above average. The sauce they drizzled on top went really well with the leaves. Pork knuckle itself was amazing. It's cooked well, meat's soft and full of taste. A good treat to share!
