Categories : Chinese | Restaurant | Seafood | Group/Family dining

Chinese Recreation Club ( CRC ) is actually can be say as one of the most well-known and best Chinese
restaurant in Penang Island.
CRC is located along Macalister Road and Burma Road.

Steam fish tongue

First of all, I did notice that their fish is fresher compared to a lot of other restaurants.
The steam fish is serves hot with tasty soy sauce mixture and garnished with plenty of
onions and celery leaves as well.
Overall, I find that the fish meat is indeed very soft yet juicy at the same time.
The gravy of the fish also smell good and also taste good too. tongue
Totally a satisfy dish and price for the steam fish is also quite reasonable to me lol

Bread History is a bakery shop that expands their business in cafe areas as well.

Spaghetti Bolognese

One words : YUMMY!
Just look at how many gravy that they give!
The portion of the spaghetti is also very generous that totally appropriate with their charging price.
The spaghetti taste a little sour for the gravy but totally suits with my liking xD
And also there are considered a lot of small tiny meat serve with the spaghetti too xD

Claypot Bee Tai Bak is one of the stall that located in New World Park.

RM 4.50 for one included egg tongue

Firstly, portion of the serving is simply average.
However, I will need to give credit to this stall.
To my surprise, the taste of this claypot bee tai bak is very appetizing and delicious indeed.
I have no doubt but to fall in love with this dish!
And most importantly, the price is also very reasonable and value for money due to the food
tastiness level.

* A must try for bee tai bak lovers *

Pricey Laksa Cry Jul 22, 2012

Categories : Chinese | Stall / Warung | Noodles

Well, after buying from this stall, I had actually learnt a very important lessons in life.
I must actually see the price menu and if they don't have one like this particular stall, I should actually
open my mouth and ask about the price.
That's why I believe that we should not judge a book by its cover.

Why so?
From my first impression, I actually thought that the laksa will only costs RM 4 per bowl at the maximum price.
However, out of my expectation, this bowl of particular laksa costs me RM 6.50 per bowl.
Did I add any ingredients?
Yes, I do.
But only 3 fish balls which no way costs RM 1 for one.
LOL

The RM 6.50 Laksa

Taste is average, a little sour to my liking.
Portion is okay because I go for the big.
Price as I had mention, too over price.
And during my experience at there, you can choose your own ingredients.
If you prefer to add the fish which is small in size in my opinion, then you may do so, just add more money mad
And I wonder how much will it be?
Hahaha~!

Oh, before I forget, the laksa is self service compared to most of the other stalls who provide serving to your table xD
Lastly, enjoy your laksa at there xDD

Drinks  OK Jul 22, 2012

Categories : Chinese | Stall / Warung | Desserts

After shopping at Penang Plaza,
I went to New World Park there to have my dinner.

As usual, every single meals must have a drink to complete it tonguePicture of the stall lol
Due to I take the pictures from the place I sit, the signboard of the stall could not see clearly.
The stall is actually the one with the purple signboard that have the word ''DRINKS'' on it.Normal teh ice and chrysanthemum tea xDD
RM 2.70 for both, so I do not know each of them costs how much.
The sweetness level for both drinks is at average level.
The price is also standard in my opinion.
All in all, I am very satisfy and no complains towards the drinks.
lol
